I called for a quote but for some reason it was processed as an order. When I called to find out…read morethe cost for the upcoming trip, I was told by Joseph that he would have to call me back to give me a definite quote, because he was driving. He did say it would be around $50. I asked him what he needed if I decided to use service. He said that he needed payment info and to fine tune the instructions. I said I would keep it in mind and hung up. No money was exchanged and no confirmation was sent out. Since I did not receive a good vibe from him, I hired another company. The day of the pick up, he showed up anyway. My employer got in the car thinking it was the reputable company I hired, not Trusted Ride. When the ride was over he asked my boss for payment. My employer was confused as he thought the trip was prepaid. My employer called to let me know what was going on. I spoke with Joseph and told him that I did not hire him, the ride should have never happened and that any instructions would be considered cancelled since nothing was completed. He started yelling and arguing with me. Bottom line, he swooped in and stole the paid trip from another company. It was very shady and I will NOT use this service again. Future customers, be aware.

I have been using Needham Cab for a few years for both business and personal trips to the airport…read more Yassin is fantastic - 100% reliable (even through all of the snowstorms last winter). He has come as early as 3:30am and has driven me home as late as 1am. Even if he can't drive himself, he always finds someone else who is also kind, reliable and honest. The price is very competitive vs. a regular taxi even though it is black car service. I recommend Needham Cab to all my co-workers and friends.

Pros: punctual, helpful, made both pick-up from home and airport very easy (the pick-up was…read moreespecially easy and driver went to lengths to make sure we knew where to go, which wasn't far). Both drivers very pleasant to talk to. Car comfortable and seemed clean. No fooling around re: mask -- we wear them and so did driver. Thoughtful re: heat/cool/fresh air. Will be using them again -- no question. However, these Cons: 1. a certain amount of quibbling with the office about size of vehicle we needed, which affected the price we'd be charged by $20-30+ base price. We had 2 people, 2 small roll-aboards (22" carry-on-sized cases) to be checked, a briefcase, and two small carry-on bags that would fit under the airline seat. Our telephone contact tried to insist that we needed an SUV rather than a sedan and asked me to take a photo of the luggage to prove we could fit in the sedan. I did but he still didn't believe it would all fit in the sedan's trunk (I told him it all fit in my Corolla's trunk) and warned me that they wouldn't allow any bags in laps or on seats. Eventually, because we'd already ok'd the sedan and credit-card charge for it, we did get the sedan. Plenty of room for the luggage in the trunk, no problem. ' 2. A small issue, but for the price, it might have been nice for the drivers to help 2 elderly get their luggage from/to the front steps of the house (if not the door in Covid times). But both drivers were otherwise cheery, mindful of our preferences re route, etc. and -- as I said -- we'll use Smurfs again.

I prefer to tip myself and I might give a little less or a little more to a driver, but it's unusual for transportation businesses to charge a tip and I said that. Think about going elsewhere because who needs that kind of rude behavior in this world. Of course some people are just looking for ways to be offended. Not good for business though..

This company is awful. They are corrupt and trying to take your money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!…read moreThey quoted me a trip online and when they charged my cc the next day it was almost doubled the cost I called them and it just got worse. The woman on the phone was rude and kept telling me I agreed to a contract (never signed anything) and I told her the contract I had gotten (I never signed the email/contract) and it listed my quoted cost. I asked why they charged almost double and she started listing additional charges including 20% gratuity which was NEVER listed in the "contract!" When I said if there were additional charges they should have been itemized and been clear on the email and it was NOT!!! They even put the quoted amount in red to emphasize it but NOT a single explanation of the additional charges. The woman kept yelling at me and I said to please cancel the trip and she said she was going to charge me the quoted cost $458!!!!! I said the additional charges were never communicated in writing or otherwise and I would not pay for the late charge. The woman yelled fine and hung up. And guess what...I just got charged again for the $458 initial quote as my late fee! ‍ Needless to say we will not be paying it and I will be reporting this company to The better business bureau! Please protect yourself from this company. I'm still in shock about how corrupt they are and how unpleasant the entire experience had been.

THIS DEAL IS NOT VALID - WILL NOT BE HONORED…read more I just purchased this Yelp deal today; however when I just called to make a reservation for a car service I was told that they would not honor the coupon because they cancelled their contact with Yelp in November. The receptionist who took my call was very irritable and rude to me. When I asked what their address was to be certain I was calling the right place she responded with, "What difference does THAT make?". She never apologized for the confusion or offered any type of a solution to the problem. Basically, she told me that she didn't know what to tell me, and that the error was on Yelp's part. I guess it's good that this happened because I was able to see how they respond to customer issues BEFORE I made an actual reservation. I'm posting this so no one else purchases this coupon.
