Yo, the internet homies steered me wrong! Shame on y'all!…read more I got the shrimp burger with smoked gouda mac and cheese. The shrimp were criminally overcooked, and the mac needed salt in the worst way. They didn't salt the pasta water (or salt it enough), and the mac was really sad, as a result. My friend got the soup of the day combo, which were were told was a "white bean and basil soup", but I'll be danged if it didn't come out with the most garbanzo-y looking white beans I've ever seen in my life. She said it tasted like they dumped rotel, chickpeas, and pesto into a pot and called it soup, and not in a good way. My wife got the smoked wings. She said the flavor was good, but they were brought out lukewarm and very lightly sauced (she's an extra saucy kind of lady). We got two cocktails, a cherry limeade slushie and a Kill Devil Hills Pain Killer. We were told the cherry limeade was made with just cherry mixer, lime, and vodka, but it definitely tasted like it had coconut in it, and my wife hates coconut. The Pain Killer I got was acceptable, but we ordered it with our food, and it didn't come out until I'd almost finished my dinner. The vibes in the place were meh, but fine (especially if the food/drinks were good), but the tables were extremely sticky across their entire surface, so either someone sucks at cleaning, or the finish on the tables was failing and needed to be sanded down/refinished. We did get a side of sweet potato fries that were pretty dope, but they didn't make up for the disappointment of everything else. 1 out of 5 stars; do not recommend.

Okay, so honestly, I've seen this place for months, but just never tried it. A friend of mine told…read moreme he ordered it the other day, and raved about how phenomenal it was! So today we were trying to find something for a late lunch, and I blurted out Good Vibes. Now for my review... if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, it was the size of my hand and it had a real fried egg on it (not the fake powdered eggs that most places put on biscuits) and it was packed with real bacon! It was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend got a chef salad and it was also huge, he said it was very good. Then we decided to get a side of Mac and cheese to split..... Oh. My. GOSH! The Mac and cheese was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Definitely in my top 3 Mac and cheeses I've ever had. So if you are in Havelock or visiting from out of town, I HIGHLY recommend this place! It's such a small spot and probably missed by many, but please let's keep this business around!

This is the absolute best beer and wine bottle shop in all of Jacksonville, NC! Great selection,…read moregreat prices, everything is easy to find, and their staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I'd been here once years ago, and being back in town for a week, of course I had to stop by again, this time with my wife. It was even better than I'd remembered. They had lots of great wines, all arranged by varietal, easy to find. Their beer selection included something for every level of beer geek and then some, including single serves for those who wanna create their own six pack. They also have beer and wine accessories and cool gift ideas as well as gourmet chocolates. Needless to say, my lady and I left with a few very nice beer and wine selections. Truly the best bottle shop in Jacksonville! A must visit for beer geeks and wine connoisseurs in the area. Stop by and get yourself some!

Ok, this place caught me totally off guard…read more I was in town for the weekend and since I'm from California, we have ample locations to get CBD and THC products, she wanted me to check this place out. Had a cool little vibe to it when we walked in, but I thought it was just like a little convenience store with some drinks that contained the above mentioned products, but when I found out that it was also a social place that had a vast variety of activities and groups that gather here (that evening it was a stop on an anti-valentine adventure), It really changed my mind as to what I was looking at, and I could see the potential that it delivered to a wide collection of different taste and people. The staff had just an awesome attitude and extremely customer friendly and you could just totally see how everyone would come here and have an excellent time. I highly suggest you check it out, and frequent, if you live locally.
