We found Another Closet to be clean and very well-maintained - the photos supplied on Yelp are pretty accurate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property seems to be quite secure; as an older woman, I never felt unsafe while working there alone. I would recommend their services to anyone who has a need for additional storage space. My only minor quibble was that the lighting in the halls and in the units is motion activated and it is on a very short timer (I times it at a minute or less). Therefore, at the times when I was sitting in the unit sorting through things I had to stop periodically and wave my arm(s) in the air to make the light come back on. I'm sure the sight of me doing that was amusing to anyone who was walking by, but it was a bit annoying to me. I understand the need for motion-activation, but a longer timer would be very helpful. If I had kept the unit any longer I probably would have brought a couple of my battery-powered camping lanterns to help me with the sorting work. Other than the lighting issue, we were completely happy with our experience. Recommended!

They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.

Unorganized, Not managed professionally…read more Made arrangements to reserve a large RV unit in late April. Money was deposited and notes were made on account for a 6/1/25 move in. If you think they rented out the unit I reserved, you would be right. The only one of that size. So, I get mt deposit back, but all other arrangements must be redone costing way more in time and money than $50. A very poor and unprofessional experience.
