Unorganized, Not managed professionally…read more Made arrangements to reserve a large RV unit in late April. Money was deposited and notes were made on account for a 6/1/25 move in. If you think they rented out the unit I reserved, you would be right. The only one of that size. So, I get mt deposit back, but all other arrangements must be redone costing way more in time and money than $50. A very poor and unprofessional experience.

They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.

From the moment I first contacted Tristan to set up the appointment, his communication was excellent. I live out of state, so I especially appreciated how consistently he followed up and kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Tristan and his team went above and beyond. They didn't just remove items--they were incredibly detailed and thoughtful, even going into the attic to help retrieve things and taking the time to let me know when they found old photos, which meant a lot to me. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated during what can be an emotional process. They were punctual and right on time, worked efficiently, and treated the home with respect. Tristan was polite, easy to work with, and his team was extremely organized and hardworking. If you're looking for professional junk removal, estate cleanouts, or home cleanout services, I highly recommend Hill Country Junk. I am beyond happy with the service and would absolutely use them again!

I never found anyone there.l. Not so safe. Also for the first four months I was suppoed to have 24/7 access, each time I went there on a Sunday, my code did not work. Finally, they realize they have given me the wrong code.. The last month I stored there, I was able to get into the facility, the gate closed behind me, and I expected a sensor to open the gate when I was ready to leave. NOPE. And there was no clear way to open the gate. I have to call the sheriff to use my code to open the gate.
