After shopping several local businesses and the internet we found the best deal at M T Pools in Lisbon, ME. Today we still get our water tested and purchase ALL of our chemicals and pool replacement parts from them. The customer service is great and the prices are excellent! I would HIGHLY recommend M T Pools for all of your pool and spa needs!!!

Did not clean as advertised took it back no later than 4 hours later. Brunswick store refused to return it because they state it does work and we are just doing it incorrectly. After explaining how it does NOT work and that we read directions carefully and tried it several times... they told us they could do nothing and we had to call the 800 number, which they were closed at that point. Next day, call 800 number, was told it was in fact NOT a 'CLEANER' but a machine that is used for maintenance in between cleanings. Advertised incorrectly, and whoever sold it to her in Lisbon told her incorrectly. they assured her it would pick up big leaves and Anything that was in the pool. IT definitely does not. We have been fighting with them for a week now and they STILL Refuse to let us return it because they 'might' not get their money back from the manufacturer. What happened to customer service and keeping customers happy? I am VERY upset that now my mother is out $600 for a junk piece of metal that will not work in her pool. $600 might not be a lot for a pool company but it is for a senior living off of disability. Will continue to fight to return this and find someone that maybe will help her since no one cares about customers so far that we have dealt with.

Their solution after repeated phone calls begging for service from them was hang ups and a complete refusal of service. Because of Covid 19 I had been on hold finding someone who could install a table. Through a series of coincidences I was lead to the Maine Home Recreation website. I called Shane, explained my history including mentioning I had owned a Brunswick Gold Crown 1 as a preteen through early adulthood. I told him about my frustrations in trying to find someone who could provide a table etc. That is when he said the remarkable comment, " you said you had a Gold Crown 1 as a kid? I have a Gold Crown 3 right now and can install it next week". Allison and assistant were here as promised. 3 hours of installation and leveling later and I have a beautiful Gold Crown 3 in my basement. And, I have been transported back in time to when I was 13 years old....58 years ago! Due to that started following their social media and thanks to being close by we had no excuse not to stop by! So thankful we did! A perfect addition to the Lewiston downtown. The owner was so friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for plants that are easier to keep alive. Neither my wife or I have great luck with plants despite enjoying plants. He showed us all his thoughts of plants that fit the bill of what we were looking for! You could tell as soon as he stood up and started showing us the plants how passionate he was about his business! I can only imagine the vast amount of plant knowledge you could learn from talking to him! He also shared with us the type of plant his grandmother shared with him that started his passion and journey that in the end lead to Garden of Via becoming a reality. Prices for the plants seemed very reasonable and would recommend checking this place out. We ended up grabbing an air plant, that before coming here were unaware they were a thing. Look forward to seeing how big this business becomes! A true passion project that deserves all of the support from customers!

This small business is owned by a gentleman who is obviously passionate about his craft and has cultivated a fantastic collection of unique and special plants. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!
