Perfect place for fun. Weekday afternoon was great. Lots of available lanes, great prices, mechanical scoring, good music, very clean, and easy to get to. Only negative thing I'd say is some equipment rentals are a little old (first pair of shoes I tried hand holes in them & some balls have major chips in them). But the staff member I spoke to on the phone before we went was very friendly & helpful. Staff member working there when we arrived was helpful but a little miserable in action. read more

It is a very nice bowling alley but was highly disappointed in the fact you pay $27 per hour per lane for up to 6 people per lane and then had to pay extra for shoes. We were a bit disappointed also with the lanes...you cannot slide! I know people who bowl and do not slide but we do and hubby almost fell because his foot stuck and didn't slide and our granddaughter did fall. It was just odd for a bowling alley in our opinion. They do have a bar and you can get an alcoholic drink there and take to your lane but due to COVID restrictions/requirements you also must purchase a $2 ticket to get a HOT food item at the snack bar. This isn't their rule but they must follow PA requirements at this time. The music and lights and videos were nice while bowling. read more

Pretty fun place! Kind workers, had a lot of fun! But heres a funny story for you guys. So, I went here with my parents and two friends (I can't remember exactly if I was with both friends). We were standing in line for food and there was a few workers walking by. Me and my friend were joking around bumping into each other and we bumped into some red headed worker. He said "NO" in a really weird voice and sounded like a witch sort of . Me and him started DYING of laughter. But, besides that this place is awesome! read more

This is our 1st time bowling here. It is GREAT!! 46 Lanes...friendly staff...SUPER CLEAN. Up to date systems. And the snack bar DOES take credit cards (another review said it didn't). We came with the KIDS BOWL FREE program & couldn't be happier! We will be back. .....and they do have a bar room too. read more

I go here because it's close and the price Sunday morning is cheap. But the price otherwise is just too high. Also the service is horrific. Kids behind the desk seem horribly put out if you approach them for anything but your initial lane. And who in the world asks a 60 year old with a bowling bag if he wants bumpers. (I see another review complaining the couldn't get bumpers because their older - what in the world?) It seems every time I come here I'm next to a lane with 7 year olds using bumpers who have zero sense of the fact they are literally standing in my lane and the parents are oblivious. Last time Mom felt the need to hold the ball ramp on the side with her backside sticking in my lane. When her husband pointed it out, she turns and says "Seriously?". Um, yes dear there are other people living on planet earth besides your family. In my opinion, the Alley manager has some obligation to this problem - minimally, put families away from actual bowlers. Especially when you have 46 lanes and only 12 are being used. I just get zero sense anyone in this places gives a hoot. read more

Recently had a family function at ABC Lanes West, decent bowling alley. The place was clean enough and the staff was friendly, except for the bouncer who had a serious case of short man syndrome. At any rate, I like the place because they have a bar inside with really cheap drinks and the lanes were fairly priced as well. They also have a professional website which is also a plus if you want to check the place out before you go. I'd go back if ever I felt like bowling again. read more

Good cheap fun. It doesn't smell like stinky sweaty feet or chuck e cheese. The floors weren't sticky, tables were wiped, garbage containers were empty and the balls weren't filthy. What I loved the most was that their computers had settings where the bumpers lift or retract based upon each player. I set my younger kids up with bumpers and when the older kids played, the bumpers automatically retracted. Super cool! The chairs swivel and extend out, making it easy to socialize, look at the lane or turn around to eat. I noticed people snuck in their own drinks. To each his own, but they do sell beer here. Again, this is a small city, suburban alley. I will not compare it to newer facilities. It serves it's purpose and it's clean. read more

Compared to all bowling alleys in the same general area (which are the only ones I have been to) this is certainly the best, hands down. The staff is older, but mindful. This facility is extremely well kept, unlike Trindle Bowl. The tables are wiped down, trash is taken care of, everything is tidy and very clean, even in the bar. The lanes are well kept, noticed that at both Trindle Bowl and the Coliseum the lanes are so oiled that the bowling balls have a heavy gross film on them. The snack bar being cash only is a bit dated, but once you have been there once you won't forget if you decide to go again. The pizza in my experience isn't too fantastic but I don't go bowling to eat in the first place. Love that you can bring beer to your lane! The beer is reasonably priced and always cold. The weekly specials for bowling are a good deal. Weekends are a bit expensive so I avoid coming on Friday or Saturday. read more

Where do I begin?? The manager at the counter was very creepy. The food at the snack bar was horrible and dirty. You have to pay cash at the snack bar.....shady. We were there at about 1:00 pm on a Sunday. At that time, they charge you $25.00/ hour per lane. $3.60 to rent shoes, and you have to provide one of your own personal shoes in order to use one of their kids bowling ball. In one hour, a family of 4 can only complete one full game. If we wanted a 2nd game, it would be another $25.00?!?!?! The other bad thing is the bar inside. Since we were a family, we didn't need beer, and of course liquor attracts an unsavory clientele. This place is not worth your time or money! read more

Absolute horrible service at the desk. Extremely rude, threw the shoes down at us, charged us extra 9.50 for 20 mins and then cut off our lane with 13 minutes left. they weren't wearing masks, and my group never saw any wipes or gloves to use, very gross. staff was awful overall, never going again, i recommend you don't either. read more

My sister took me to the abc lanes and it was fun. I had nothing to complain about it. That had hand sanitizer so you could clean your hands if you borrowed a ball. I would recommend it. read more

We are currently bowling on a Friday night and the music during rock and bowl (or whatever they call it here) is so random. From "who let the dogs out" to moody trans siberian orchestra christmas music. Seriously killed the fun! Quite a disappointment for the $15 we paid per person. We bowl here in a league but probably won't come back for late night again. read more

I've been bowling here every Monday night during the regular season for about 4 or 5 years now. If you're a bowler, it's the best place in the area. I like the addition of the bar a while back (also bowled here in junior leages decades ago). There's usually space to bowl...even on league nights. read more

My cousins and I were the only Asian people in the bowling alley and were met by stares by large groups of people upon entering and the entire time we were there making the whole experience uncomfortable. I don't know what kind of racist assholes come to this bowling alley but some white lady tried to get me and my cousins kicked out for "underage drinking". To her dismay, we were all of age and were ID'd at the bar. I would give zero stars if I could. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Recently went there on date night with my fiance. Was very disppointed....waited like 10 or 15 mins for someone to wait on us at the front door. When they did it was an older woman who was rude. I had a velchor from my job that says buy 2 games get one free. So we bought 2 games and the lady argued with me about the velcher which makes no since because the bowling alleys address was listed on the velcher as a place that took the coupon....then she said Ill give it to u this time.....ok so we went to pay our game and we played 2 games and then it said see desk to add more games....so the old bag didnt even put the 3rd game on there after she told us she would....we just left tired of dealing with it......never again. read more

This is a terrible place for a hangout. We reserved and when we came they were arguing and saying our kids were too young. Customer service is horrible and they hate helping their customers. You are not allowed to use bumpers over the age of 8, and yell at the children for being young. The people there are creepy and are always yelling at you. The guy that works here got mad at us and told us he'd rather have us leave than play. I would definitely recommend not coming here, and if I could give this place a zero I DEFINITELY WOULD. read more

The place was pretty empty on a Saturday night which should have been a warning sign. As soon as we walked in, the people were quite unfriendly. There was no music or party lights. We paid $8.60 a person, got our shoes, and went to play. It turns out you could only get bumpers if you were 10 years or under. We were terrible bowlers so bumpers were essential. We asked for an exception but they basically were like no chance. But hey, they did give us a refund on everything except for the shoes. read more
