Something happens to my child I am not notified as soon as it happens, I'm notified hours later, and not by the manager it's from the teachers. The prices are way too high for the treatment we are getting from this place , please do not enroll your kids. If you care about what's happening with them throughout the day, then this place isn't it.

The facility has a roach problem that has been ongoing for quite some time, and instead of taking real action to fix it, they leave it there. That's very unprofessional and unfair and it shows that the issues aren't being taken seriously. Cleanliness should be a top priority in a daycare, especially when young children are involved, but it's clearly not here. The classrooms and common areas are not kept up to proper standards. On top of that, the student behavior and supervision are also a concern. The kids are often roughhousing, and while I understand that children play and things happen, it's becoming a regular issue. Parents shouldn't have to find out from their own kids that they've been hit or hurt by another child. Communication between the staff, director, and parents is extremely poor and that's unacceptable when it comes to the safety and well-being of children. This daycare already has a low rating for a reason, and unfortunately, nothing seems to be improving. I really hope management takes responsibility, fixes these issues, and starts putting the children first. Until then, I would strongly suggest that parents look elsewhere for care.

It's important that my children are in a supportive loving environment. I especially love that I can count on a few consistent faces such as Ms. Key (Kierra Parker) we love her and she's always professional and dependable. Ms. Key and Ms. Audrey reassure me on a daily basis that my children are in the right place. Thank You for all that you do.

I can't say enough good things about Ms. Amy, she goes above and beyond as a teacher for these kids. She makes sure everyone gets to participate in the activities even when mom (me, I'm the mom) or dad may have forgotten to bring necessary supplies for the activity. My daughter comes home in the afternoon talking about things she learned and how she wants Ms. Amy to come over for playdates. Cadence encourages an environment where the kids are accepting of each other and lift each other up. It's really heatwarming to witness. My other daughter is special needs, cerebral palsy, and while in attendance at Cadence my child was accepted just as every other student is. And still when we go to pick up her sister, everyone still gets so excited to see her. Especially the other kids, which I think speaks a lot to the mentality of the establishment. Being enrolled at cadence hasn't been without its hiccups here and there with occasional teacher overturn and other issues that most daycares deal with, but not enough to overshadow the amazing job the teachers and staff do everyday for our kids. Also, both director Amy and now director Audrey both have put their heart and a lot of hard work into what they do at Cadence.

If I could give this school no stars, I would. The experiences I personally had at chrysalis were…read morebad enough to keep you up at night. The current director is aware of a teacher putting their hands on two children and that teacher has had no consequences. She has a "30-day suspension" where she is still allowed to work around kids, including the two she put her hands on. I would not recommend working here nor bringing your kids here. I keep in contact with parents and they repletely tell me what the administrative staff tells them, how rudely they talk to them and how little they make the parents feel. One time I had one of my kids choke on a piece of food and I had to do the Heimlich maneuver on said kid. Thankfully it came out and the kid is ok, but they did not inform the parents of what happened to their own child. So said child went home and said she choked on a piece of food, the mother texted me that night furiously asking me what happened. When I explained the situation and told her I told the administrative staff, she was even more furious. They failed to contact the mother, which resulted in me having to calm her down. Another time I had one of my kids hit his head hard, to the point where he was bleeding and had to go get surgical glue for the cut. I called on the walkie in tears saying I needed help, and no one came. It took another teacher to tell them to come to my room. The front obviously had favorites, but they are so petty to the point where they would ignore a bleeding child simply because they did not like me. All the front desk did was ignore us and talk bad about the parents. So bad to the point where a parent left in tears and withdrew her kid, I still keep in touch, and she was so happy for me when I told her I was not at chrysalis anymore. They will talk bad about you and your child; I have heard it with every single kid who walks in that door. Chrysalis never ever had one good thing to say about me. I was there for almost two years and on my last day my boss told me the following "None of the parents or kids liked me. I am not fit to be a teacher; I was a bad teacher, and I should have been gone a long time ago." The office staff is very petty and very messy, after my time at chrysalis I had staff tell me "So and so said this about you" one month after I was gone. The front desk women are very messy and very unprofessional. They made the work environment so unbearable and toxic. The teachers there were overworked, tired, crying, and the front and director did nothing to help. She gave us a chocolate bar and that was it. I loved my kids, to this day I babysit and keep in contact with them. It was never the kids. They were the best kids to me. The main problem was the front desk, the director and the way they ran things. I have more and more stories about chrysalis, but it keeps me up at night feeling so bad the teachers who are good teachers there. PLEASE DO NOT WORK OR BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS SCHOOL. If my coworkers are reading this, I hope you realize the pain you have brought upon me. Chrysalis 'Christian' preschool is nothing but a scam. Do NOT contact me.

From the second you walk in you are greeted like family by Ms. Mimi, Ms. Justice and Ms. Allyssa. Every teacher knows my son's name and he loves them all, especially Ms. Irene who comes running to give him a hug everyday. My son was potty trained in no time at all with very few accidents which makes me feel comfortable that he is constantly monitored and cared for. He's speech is amazing, he can count in two languages, and is already reading and writing! When we pick him up from school he can't wait to tell us about all the fun he had with his friends and his teachers. They also have monthly events which are so much fun, like box car parades, Valentines Day parties, Easter egg hunts to name a few, which are a great opportunity to meet some of the other parents and share stories. From personal experience we as parents have always been treated like family, and the director, Ms. Allyssa, is always happy to go above and beyond to help us. The communication from the school is great, and I love getting the picture updates during the day. We normally get between 8 -12 photos and videos a day. We enrolled our son after a TERRIBLE experience at Primrose of Champions where we discovered that he wasn't being feed, and watched a teacher shove our then 13 month old to the ground. I shared the story with Ms. Allyssa and her fantastic team and they were so great about it. I sat in the reception for the first few days that he was enrolled and watched the camera in his classroom. I saw nothing but kindness and love showered on my baby, and that made my mommy heart so happy. If you want your kids to get a great education backed by love and support then this is a great option. We have chosen not to move to a new house because we refuse to take our son out of Prescolaire. Thank you Ms. Allyssa and staff for loving my boy as much as we do.
