I initially saw their ad on Instagram and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I took advantage of their summer special for the AC tuneup. Gil arrived about an hour late, but I am glad that I stayed behind (but ended up being late for work) because I was satisfied with the service. He took his time with the diagnostics and in the end sent me a report that was very thorough. The special did not come with a free cleaning, but fortunately my unit isn't so bad. I recommend giving them a try, especially if you could get Gill to come by since he seems very knowledgeable and his actual owner of the company. Thank you again! read more

I used ABC Home Services for the first time a few weeks ago and was very impressed. The techs were professional, on time, and did great work. We had a minor hiccup with the service, but the company is doing everything possible to make it right. Accidents can happen, and I truly appreciate seeing people take accountability and work hard to fix things. Highly recommend them for their service and integrity. read more

They arrived on time, loaded with equipment. They were very thorough and did a great job clearing the blockage in my dryer vent. It's nice to finally have a working dryer after all these months. read more

Gil and his crew were wonderful! They provided an accurate price right off the bay. I've found that many air duct cleaning companies provide a lower quote and then up charge once they get through your door. Gil provided quality service in a timely manner and was very friendly! We'll be using ABC home services for future air duct cleaning. read more

They showed up, handled the issue and even had time for an additional service I requested.

I recently used ABC Home Services to have my air ducts cleaned. Gil was very responsive upon the start of this project. He arrived on time and ready to tackle the task. Throughout the clean, he was very informative and educated me on the process, what he was doing, why and how the changes would benefit us. Gil and his team was friendly, respectful of our time and work life and very attentive to details. His prices were also fair for the amount of work completed. I would definitely use ABC Home Services again in the future. read more

It is unfortunate that I need to leave this review. But when I hire companies I hire them based off of their reviews of other customers experiences, so i need to share mine. Gil was very responsive and contacted me daily through email and phone calls when I initially put in a request. I could tell they wanted the job. They even took $50 off of my quote when I told them I was going to get other quotes. I hired them and received an appointment date with a two hour window of 8am-10am. The day before the appointment i received two phone calls from Gil as well as a text message, informing me that they would be arriving at 9am. I made plans accordingly to go into work late based on the appointment time I was given. They didn't show up at 9am and no phone call. I waited til 10am which was an hour past my appointment time and the back side of my original appointment window, however they didn't show up and didn't call. I left and went to work. At 10:41am I receove a text message from Gil saying they are on their way to my house. I responded to their text letting them know that I wont be there for the appointment because they are almost 2 hours late and I had to leave to go into work after them not showing up or calling. That prompted a phone call from Gil where he explained that they took a job down in San Diego at 8am (Which was the beginning of my window) after my appointment was already scheduled and they were running late to my appointment this morning. I explained that running late is completely understandable, and giving an appointment window is understandable. What I do not agree with is giving an actual time of arrival and not even calling to say you are goong to be late after an extended amount of time. Taking a job down in San Diego at 8am when I already had an appontment scheduled, there was no way they were going to make it to my appointment on time, and they chose not to call to tell me until I told them not to come after being almost 2 hours late. Gil did apologize in his conversation with me on the phone, however there is no excuse why they couldn't call to tell me they were running that far behind. That is overall bad business and I needed to share my experience. Again, they have other good reviews and this is only my experience. But you are only as good as your last deal. read more

Very very happy with the services that ABC provided. They were on time, friendly, reliable and patiently answered all of my questions. Gil came to clean and sanitize all our air ducts and was very thorough with his work, from the beginning in carefully bringing in all his machinery, to cleaning everything up after and wiping it all down, almost like he wasnt event here (besides for the very clean air vents!) Will definitely be recommending you to friends. Thank you again! read more

My GE clothes dryer had been broken for a few months and I had six different companies come out to assess the airflow problem. All of those companies said they could not do the work, but Gill and Joel with ABC Home Services came out this morning and cleaned the dryer duct, which was severely backed up with lint and now my dryer is up and running! hallelujah!! I strongly recommend this company! These guys were professional and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to resolve my dryer issue! Five stars! Meme read more

ABC Home Services did a spectacular job in my home! They came in a timely manner, were completely professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. They had top of the line equipment. Gil and Joel fixed my dryer problem and took out lint that was backed up. They cleaned and sterilized my airconditioner/heater and all the ducts/vents that went through my home. They cleaned all of the vents in my bathrooms, laundry room and guest bathrooms. They were here for 5 hours and did an extremely thorough job. My vents from my dryer to the outside of my condo are very tricky and they persevered to really fix the problem. They were very polite and kept my home tidy while doing their job. I have recommended ABC Home Services to everyone and sent a message to all my neighbors to use them. read more

I've had a fantastic experience with ABC! Gil has been to my home on two separate occasions. He's cleaned and sanitized my existing ductwork, as well as serviced and cleaned my furnace and AC system as well. He was timely, honest, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job! I appreciated that he showed up with a mask on, and even with the mask on, took his time to complete what we needed done thoroughly and above our expectations. I would definitely recommend ABC Home Services and will contact them in the future for HVAC needs. read more

Definitely call and make an appointment! Gil came out in a very timely manner. We ended up having a little bit more work done than just the cleaning we had originally called for him to do. Gil showed us everything that was going on and explained what we needed to do to fix and clean up what had not been done properly to begin with. He described what part we needed and I went to the hardware store and when I brought it back he gladly cut it to size and drilled the proper holes. Our cleaning continued. He was very comprehensive in his cleaning and the cost was reasonable! I used his service without the yelp reviews And I am so glad we did!! Best choice we could of made! Thank you Gil for your excellent work and customer service read more

Our dryer stopped heating up and was advised that if the duct vent wasn't cleaned the new fuse would would again stop heating. Gil came on time and prepared his work area to protect the flooring and got started. He hit a few snags along the way but persisted to get the job done. He went above and beyond the quote he originally provided by also installing the dryer duct in a very close closet connection which took even more persistence. To my surprise, his final bill was the same as the original quote! The best part is the dryer is working perfectly and is drying faster that it did before. Thank you Gil for all your help, insights, brainstorming and persistence. We will be calling you again. read more

Had ABC Home Services come to clean the dryer vent which hadn't been done for years. Gil arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. He checked the vent on the roof of the garage and cleaned everything. Gil showed me exactly what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Gil mentioned several times that "doing it the right way" is very important to him even if it takes a little longer. Will absolutely call ABC again for regular vent cleanings. read more
