The receptionist immediately booked me an appointment. Upon arrival you call a number that's on a sign, and they let you know when you may enter the building. I was immediately seated in an exam room. I was not a fan that I couldn't be with my rabbit during his exam with the doctor. However as my appointment went on I became very impressed with this clinic. Doctor Baker was understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable about rabbits. She explained the health concerns and her plan for care. I felt like she was very compassionate and really cared about helping Pepper. It's never fun to see a vet bill, but thankfully the pricing seemed reasonable. I wish that blood work however was offered at a more affordable price point. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours while they helped my rabbit. It was a very positive experience and Pepper seems to be improving. I am thankful I found this animal hospital when I did.

Go on the website to set up an appointment, there's no option for Bird. Only dog or cat, even though they offer care for "Pocket Pets, Exotic Pets, and Avian Pets". Lost my business because I couldn't get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. And when i went to do it myself, options for type of animal weren't inclusive. update your website and phone menu.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about shots, procedures, supplements and reliable in getting our pet's information consistently accurate. Their prices are a bit higher than other vets we've been to but I have to say their services to both patron and pet are worth it. They take time to answer questions & concerns---this does not always happen with other vets who schedule several pets at a time and are rushed. This does NOT with BEST Vets. (Our bulldog loves everybody there because they have loved her "non-stop"-she has NO problem going to this vet!)

Our experience with Animal Clinic of Casselberry was heartbreaking......ZERO STARS…read more We brought our healthy 1-year-old dog, Waylon, in for a routine neuter with one undescended testicle. During the surgery, "Dr." Candelario Mendez cut Waylon's bladder completely in half. The surgical notes show that blood and suspected urine leakage were seen, but the surgery was not stopped to get emergency surgical help, instead he continued the botched neuter. Waylon needed emergency surgery, then several more surgeries and intensive care. He went through 11 days of suffering before we had to say goodbye to our baby.... "Dr." Candelario Mendez's actions during this procedure ultimately cost our dog his life. Waylon was healthy when we brought him in and now we will never get him back. Both cats needed the same medication, but I was sold two separate bottles -- which felt unnecessary and more like a way to increase the bill. They also mentioned they'd send some over-the-counter options to add to their water for dental care, but I had to follow up twice, and when they finally did, it was something meant for dogs. On top of that, they quoted me over $900 for a routine dental cleaning -- I don't even pay that much for my own teeth. It wasn't a terrible visit since the issue wasn't serious, but it felt like the focus was more on selling extras than caring for my pets. I won't be going back and will look for another vet.
