During the initial estimate, Antonio listened to all of our concerns and we walked the entire house with us. He spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information he needed to give us an accurate bid that reflected everything we were looking for. We really appreciated that there was no pressure and he wasn't pushy in any way. He gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we chose them, communication was excellent. We received daily texts about what time the crew would arrive in the morning. We also would get an evening text asking how things were going and if we had any concerns (which we never did). The crew was also kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Gabriella also came by to check on the work herself during the process as well. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Gabriella also did a final walk through to make sure we were happy and see if there was anything we needed done. They were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. We very much appreciated their non pushy way of business and were always there when we had questions. The company caused $2133 in HVAC damages that three representatives refused to cover…read more Representatives claimed the damages were not their responsibility because of their contract. The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. After several attempts to get in touch with the contact on the contract and the business owner, we got no response.

I called them and they do not repair it under warranty. This is a job badly done and they declined to fixit 3 times. Shame on them. Don't have them to replace your roof. They do not do a good job and they do not stand behind it. You are left hanging dry.
