This may be my first yelp review. Please disregard the review left by a potential employee who…read moredidn't get the job. I reported it and hopefully it will be erased. My child has been in these angels care for two years. I am a single father, work a blue collar job as a plumber and my child gets more than just "adequate care". She receives nurturing, love, attention and education. Quite frankly, i need a dose of that nurturing and love every now and then. I can come in dressed for a meeting or grizzled and unshaven from a rough week in the field(leave muddy boots in the car) and i am treated with the same level of care. Its not "mr wood", its mike and i prefer it that way. This is child CARE, not boot camp. I previously had her at another AMAZING facility@ the Goddard School, but the price was nearly double and she receives the sane small class size, they do homework with her and play with nifty tech, cant imagine better care. Chris is awesome- every month we have cool activities at night, game night, a Sadie hawkins dance, the fall festival, trunk or treat(complete with haunted house) and most recently the holiday show(teachers had a bit in it too!) Im grateful she was much more concerned with the children in her care than impressing a potential employee...if you cant wait five minutes at the door as a security measure, you don't have the patience for kiddos.

They are very involved with their students, and have all kinds of activities! A few weeks back they had a fall festival and a drive in movie where they even made little box cars for the kids to sit in. They just had Trunk or treat and that was a blast and my kids loved it! They are even having a thanksgiving feast! Mrs. Jennifer is my sons Infant teacher, she is so awesome! River is always a happy boy when I pick him up and they always have something to write on his daily sheet, letting you know what he did that day and how he was acting and how he ate. I love being able to keep up with that! My Step son has also just started Crimson and Mrs. Ruby is his teacher. After 2 days of him being at Crimson, he came home saying yes mam! Which of course I try to remind him to say but he likes to tune us out like any 2 year old! He gets so excited when we walk into the school and the first thing he asks in the morning is if he gets to see Ruby today. When I pick him up he is always so excited, he loves to show me around his class room and show me what he did that day. So I would day Jaxx also gives Crimson a thumbs up!!! The school also has themes that every class participates in this month is medieval times, and they have already started decorating with the kids crafts and pictures around the school and halls. I love it! I honestly can not say enough good things about this school/ teachers/ and management! This is a wonderful place to be!

The owners and front office are amazing - their heart and soul is this place and the kids and you can tell. The curriculum is great and she has learned so much ...and potty training was a breeze! This place is a godsend for us working parents who had a hard time putting our firstborn in daycare. But now our daughter always unbuckles her car seat as fast as she can as soon as we pull into school. She really looks forward to going. They are great at keeping parents involved and in the loop (even during this crazy covid time) and they send plenty of pictures of the kids during the day. What's even more amazing, they have implemented such great covid protocols that my daughter hasn't even had a cold during this time. At a daycare!?! Their safety procedures are working! We tried another daycare before this one, and we are so glad we switched - our kid has been much happier here. It feels like a second home.

When she didn't eat certain things, the chef made her favorite food so she would be more comfortable or they gave her an alternative to make sure she had something to eat. I never worry about her being taken care of while she's at school because of how personable each staff member is at the school, from the director to the cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for an amazing school to send their kids to. -N. Wells

My children don't even know how lucky they are to get daily foreign language classes, an entire staff that knows them by name, on-campus tutoring (if needed), and all the individualized attention they could ever want! As a parent, I'm obviously thrilled with the advanced curriculum, something my children see as the norm because it's all they've known. But just as important is what they DON'T experience: phone distractions, fashion-comparison pressures, classroom behavior disruptions that hinder learning, overcrowded spaces, or the risk of getting lost in the crowd. It makes me so happy that this is the schooling that they get to experience. *I read a review mentioning that funds weren't used for front door safety, but we've actually had a new front door code access system all year!

If transparency, honesty, accountability and safety are expectations you have in a school for your…read morechildren, Lyndon is probably not what you are looking for in a school. Our family attended for four years (2021-2025) and observed increasing concerns, especially with the administration run by the Murdock family. Key issues of growing concerns included: -High teacher turnover, dismissed by the administration as normal but found to be worse than other schools. -Misuse or unexplained use of fundraiser money, particularly for promised security upgrades that were never completed (e.g., a buzz-in front door system). -Negligence with bullying, where a known student repeatedly bullied others and was only expelled after a serious incident, despite parent complaints. -Lack of leadership accountability, as all administrative roles and the board are filled by family members, leaving no room for independent oversight or appeals. I can't speak to non-returning students and families for other grades, but can say that with many of the parents in our child's grade that nearly HALF (of the now 3rd grade), including their older and younger siblings in other grades, left after the 2024-2025 school year due to these ongoing concerns.

If you want your kid to have good childcare I wouldn't really recommend this place. I worked there…read morefor a short time and honestly? It wasn't a great place. A lot of the staff felt like a clique so I didn't feel comfortable asking for help. Not only that but things weren't explained to me and then I got in trouble when they weren't. I also felt like the head staff played favorites, a lot. Communication was next to non-existent. There is also one teacher that constantly yells at the children and she's never told off for it. You can hear her too, she's loud. I honestly wouldn't be comfortable sending my kids here and I don't think you should either.

However, over the next 4 weeks, she was repeatedly sent home. She was even threatened with suspension due to behavior. My child, who ad never previously had any behavior issues at previous daycare centers was said to be "intentionally hitting the teacher and a student". At 2 years old, I find the intent highly unlikely. When I spoke to her teacher, she admitted that her class was very full. The assumption was that she didn't have time to work with my child. Additionally, the center director stated that maybe she would be better served in a smaller environment with a smaller student to teacher ratio. Another staff member made the condescending comment that her behavior was a reflection of her home-life. I found this assumption rude, given the language delay and the new "two year old tantrum" stage that my child was experiencing . Additionally, I was also 36 weeks pregnant! During this time, I felt as though my child was regarded as a burden rather than someone who was undergoing multiple transitions. The family partnership was lacking and everyone seemed to only criticize my child. WE ONLY STAYED HERE FOR 4 WEEKS. Overall, as a fellow K-12 educator, I find the practices at this center developmentally inappropriate and overly punitive. Based on my experience, it appears that teachers and staff only believe in a one size fits all approach to education. They do not have or make the time to work with ALL students. In my opinion, pass this center by...there are plenty others in the surrounding area. If working at this center, please invest in whole brain teaching approaches as well as developmentally approaching instruction for young children. Perhaps it will help the entire team.
