I was very satisfied with the price, promptness, work, and explanation of the work for duct cleaning. Kevin evaluated and gave an estimate that was the same all year round. Their estimate matched a competitor's special one month deal and ABC was much lower then the competitor's regular price. CHRIS and REY-REY vacuumed the air handler system and cleaned the underside of the the coils and intake area, took off all vent covers and cleaned them and fastened them with new screws. The ducts were sanitized with a green friendly product. They did not find any leaks in my ducts. They did not use a rotary brush in the ducts. It was explained by Eddie (from the ABC air conditioning and heating service affiliate) that they do not use this because it causes damage. My several decades old home has a clean, refreshing fragrance. CHRIS and REY-REY were very thorough and corrected a few things also to better prevent mold, bacteria and viruses. I just bought a house and wanted to get my fireplaces cleaned before I used them. The crew that came out to do this for me were extremely friendly and professional. They did not leave a speck of dirt in my home. After they cleaned the chimneys they took the time to show me how to use the fireplace and how to keep it looking new. They also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to clean my ducts (at my request). Great service. Crew showed up on time and finished on time. They walked me through the process they used to clean our AC/Heating ducts. This home was built a year ago. At the time the final construction was going on, the builder's crew ran the AC without any filters or other protection. The result, a massive amount of toxic construction material was all through our duct system and air handlers. My wife and I have had sinus problems ever since we moved into the home. Now we know why. If you have built a new home recently, I strongly recommend you have ABC do an inspection of the air handlers and ducts. I'm looking forward to having clear sinuses again.
