They have serviced this system at least 10 times for a multitude of problems of there own making. Wrong ducting to the rooms at each end of house (ie) 4 bedrooms. Hardly any air movement what so ever. We paid for 8 " ducts but got 6". The latest is it keeps popping a 5 amp fuse in the system, so they said the thermostat wire needed to be replaced ( which was supposed to be done at install of a COMPLETE install. My house is subfloor , wire is about 35' easy to do and they want 600 dollars. I'm done with Cunningham. PAY HEED

Ted was excellent he helped me on the phone to try to troubleshoot the issue so that we would at least have AC through the night until he could make it to us the next day. We were unsuccessful with the troubleshooting, no fault of Ted. He came by first thing the next morning and was able to have us back up and running in no time, He walked us through every step and made sure we understood what he was doing the whole time. Ted was excellent and the weekend service offered from the company was easy and affordable. Thank you Ted and the rest of the Climate Control staff.
