BUT. even though I only hired him to clean the gutters and clean the facia, he cleaned SO MUCH MORE and SO WELL! The roof looks like it just had a major facelift treatment. I know his attention to detail also likely improved the life of our roof. Lastly, even though I knew he did more than I bid on, he told me he won't go over the price he quoted. The integrity and honesty was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend their service. HIGHLY!

We had so many issues with the county that the project start date was delayed by more than 30 days. Once we got things started, Volusia County struck again and delayed our project more than 60 days requiring a Floor Variance, just before the holidays. They took their time processing everything. The entire time, Tim was patient and understanding. He kept in touch with us and did not waste time when we were able to move forward. He was a wealth of knowledge and guidance for us. His experience with materials, preparation, and construction documentation was valued through the entire process. Tim was very resourceful and when the county made things difficult, he had answers and local resources that cut time and kept things moving. If you are looking to get concrete work done, talk to Tim before you decide on a contractor, you will not regret it. We are VERY HAPPY with the results. We will not call anyone else for concrete work.
