The recliner is several years old and was in the tv room, it had never been cleaned, and was very dirty. After a thorough inpection he told me it was microfiber and would clean up fair because of all the food and beverage spots. When he was done with it I thought it looked good. I then spent the 2 days prior to the appointment packing up small items and moving furniture into other rooms (who would have thought a queen size bed would fit in the bathroom and the kitchen would accommodate a couch?). On the morning of the appt, no one shows up. After multiple unanswered phone calls and email, it became apparent that not only was no one going to show up but no one was going to return any messages (he could have just lied and said he had a flat tire on the way to my house). Fortunately I hadn't paid in advance for the service so I don't have to chase them down to get a refund like the person in the other Yelp review. But I did have to drive to another town, rent a carpet cleaning machine, and complete the project myself. (Since all the furniture was stacked in a pile it seemed like a wasted effort if I didn't get the job done.) Wayne told me they were doing hundreds of carpet cleaning jobs per month. I can't imagine that is true based on the very poor company they have proven themselves to be.

I saw Alan Wayne Keeney had been posting on the Rapid City pages about a carpet cleaning deal, so I decided to schedule an appointment with Spot Free Carpet Care. Because of something that was beyond my control, they were paid for a cleaning job that had yet to be completed (paid in cash, but we received a receipt). Then I ended up having to cancel the appointment for the simple fact that I misread my lease and the management company hires their own carpet cleaners. Ever since I had to cancel the appointment (July 30th), I've been trying to get ahold of the company without any avail. I talked to Dave, who I believe was managing the company until Alan got back, and he was very helpful - said he would leave a note for Alan about giving me a credit or my money back. It has now been over two weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone to even answer my calls, let alone give me at least a credit back. My phone calls go unanswered and my messages on Facebook get opened with no response. Posted are pictures of the times I tried to call the company recently, texts between Dave and I, and also messages between Alan and I. My fault for going with the "cheaper" option, but now I'm $100 short for a service I never even received. I've tried to be very patient and wait for a response, but this is ridiculous.
