When searching for a daycare - I was looking for 4 main things... 1) Clean, healthy environment 2) Quality 'providers' 3) Structured but a nurturing environment 4) Not too cheap, and not too expensive. They are all 4. The prices i was quoted all over the area - probably averaged $1200 - $1600 a month. Insanity, i swear. How many millions for this day care? Try $800ish a month. She has really turned the place around. Some of the staff we were concerned about, have all filtered out over the years. Our kids love the teachers that they have been with. Everyone there is happy, friendly, and good with our kids. They establish rules for kids, like no toys from home; and keep true to their word for the kids. Every Christmas, they do a Winter Gala, and get every kid involved in singing, dancing, etc. Professional pictures are done multiple times per year, so if your kid misses one, there is always another in a few months. They have held magic shows, reptile shows, soccer shots events, etc. There have been Saturday events for the kids for Easter / Spring, etc. Kids get one or two outside play times, weather depending. Breakfast, Lunch, and a snack are served for kids. They are allergy conscious too. Nap time / Quiet time is in place, and the kids respect that. All of the teachers have to pass certifications, you can see them hung around the center. There is a bus for children that need to be driven to school.
