Me and my wife decided to keep him at this facility just for social interaction with other kids. We were preparing him for kindergarten. Because his birthday month his August, he will have to go through assessment to be accepted into Kindergarten program. We have to prepare him by ourselves in everything from reading to arithmetics. This is not our first rodeo. When our little girl was in pre-K class at a different facility, she will come home with reading, writing, shapes, matching, coloring, drawing.., assignment, preparing them for Kindergarten. The horrible service we received from here made us appreciate Williams Christian daycare more. I would have let this bad curriculum slip, but they did the worst when they charged us extra week of service we did not receive. They claim we did not give them 2 weeks notice which I did but their email bounced 3 times before it finally delivered. I even faxed it to them when I was not sure if the email was delivered. I pay out of pocket, am not relying on government help because I can afford it, but I hate extortion. This does looks like it. They said, "their email that bounced back is my problem and my fault." I am a trained teacher and I know what an excellent teaching looks like. They probably have standardized curriculum given to them by the state, but do not know how to execute it. They even played on my intelligence a little that they were going to return my money by collecting my card information telling the money will be return in 4-5 business days. Only to call back after 2 weeks and listen to their BS. The $296 they took from my card probably enrich their pocket, but it shows that they only care about the money and deliver zero excellence.

My kiddos always have a blast doing various plays with Daniel and Keri. They are great at what they…read moredo! My kiddos also have taken private classes which went very well. Every year, they would have a show in which their performance skills could be used. We have always enjoyed these recitals. I like that Daniel and Keri always try different classes to keep things fresh. I even saw stage makeup classes (though mine never did it)! I also saw they did some fundraising in the past. When you do a show with others, the cast forms a bond. They gel. For this reason, the kids tend to create friendships that travel outside of Premier's doors. Between the kids they have bonded with and the wonderful teachers, my kids have thrived here, and I give it a big 5 star rating. I can't wait to see them in their next show and hope to get front row seats!

Lil Rascals went under new ownership in May…read more My son started at Lil Rascals in late December and after him attending for a month I felt like I had finally found childcare I would use until he started kindergarten. My main concerns were that my child felt loved, safe and happy and Lil Rascals accomplished this. My son absolutely loved going to "school" everyday (and he is not a social butterfly). He loved his teachers and his classmates. The hours were great at 6:30-6. The cost was in line with the area. In late April we were informed lil rascals was going under new ownership. It appeared the philosophy changed as curriculum being a priority. The price more than doubled for my son as a full time attendee at $10 per hour and the hours were cut from 7am to 5pm. My son no longer attends lil rascals.

She started late because of the misbehaving children and was not prepared for her class. My son in law and grandson were fed up and he asked for his money back for the trial month. Tammy assured him she would find out what to do and get back to him. SHE NEVER DID AND THEY CHARGED HIM FOR ANOTHER MONTH. Don't go there. Do your homework. This isn't over. Sad that this gym doesn't do what the say they do.

They start late, sometimes 15 minutes late and end early. After I texted them to tell them we would not be returning because of this they charged my bank for the next month still. Taking them up with the better business bureau and anyone else I need to.
