In life, I choose calm over chaos and distance over disrespect and I only surround myself with people who are good for my mental health, heart , and soul. You do not always have to forgive and you don't always have to forget! Sometimes, once the bridge has been burned ... there's no fixing it. As long as you know what's best for you , nothing or nobody can make you feel bad especially when they play victim. I've distanced myself from all of this and I pick and choose who I want in my life. I can't control who will try to come back into my life after years of damage and with them bringing in negative energy so what I do is I will walk away! That's the best. No words , no need to explain A THING, but to just move forward by walking away and it will place them in their place . Some people aren't good and unfortunately will find a way to try to connect with you when they see you as an opportunity for them to benefit from. And when they expect for to you to vibe with them a certain way they expect and expectations aren't met, YOU ARE now the WEIRDEST, YOU ARE now A HORRIBLE PERSON, YOU THINK YOURE BETTER than them. This is called gaslighting and playing victim. I don't play this. Above are examples of what this place has helped me go through with my personal issues . Don't hesitate coming here to speak with Tamika.

5 stars does not cut it for this amazing woman's work…read more I found Tamika by sheer luck. I say this because it is EXTREMELY hard to find a decent therapist/life coach/social worker (you name it), let alone an incredible one since they're almost mythical or non-existent like unicorns. After meeting with constant terrible therapists who clearly did not care for my well-being (more so for his or her paycheck), I somehow was blessed with landing a session with Tamika. After my first session I felt so surprised. I had finally found the unicorn that I was searching for my whole life! I am currently enrolled in a Marriage and Family therapy program, so I wanted someone to truly help me find my path and purpose as well as heal me so that I can be an effective therapist myself. Well, Tamika did that and much more. Tamika helped me heal in ways that I cannot even fully put into words. Tamika guided me to find my soul and my passions in life. Tamika also helped me IMMENSELY as an up and coming therapist. She validated my concerns and reignited my soul again. I truly feel as though I am a changed woman and that I am stronger than ever and I felt this change in me within the first 2-3 sessions. Tamika helped me grow as an independent woman, improved my love life, guided me in the career and other ventures, validated me, and made me feel safe. It's amazing what a great healer with amazing guidance and coaching in all aspects of life can do for someone...and Tamika is the epitome of it all. I promise you, you're in more than good hands with Tamika. You're in spectacular hands with her

It was early on in our relationship, and after several circular arguments we felt it necessary to…read moresee a relationship therapy. At first we were hesitant to go to a therapist because of the stigma associated with couples counselling, which suggested that there was something wrong with our relationship. This is not true. It doesn't mean there is something wrong, it means you are both there, committed to strengthen and lay a strong foundation for your relationship. We contacted several therapists, and Grace was the first to respond. Her email stuck out to us. Right away she seemed compassionate and everything seemed to be very easy, all the way down to negotiating time in our busy schedule to see her. From the moment you walk through her door, you immediately feel comfortable; Soft lighting, a comfortable temperature, and a pitcher of iced lemony water reminiscent of a spa day. The first consolation was not just an assessment of our willingness to work with her, but also her willingness to work with us. By the end we felt so good about the consultation that it was really a no brainer, and we chose her as our therapist. She listened to both sides and helped us hear and understand one another. We generally were welcomed to drive the conversation when needed, and other times she helped us create a dialogue. She provided suggestions on how to break the cycle. It felt completely unbiased. Both of us were able to get our views across without feeling like we were wrong for thinking them. Instead she guided us towards a resolution that worked for both of us. We never felt judged or that we were wrong. We were aloud to feel what we were feeling. After a few months of working alongside Grace, 90% of our arguments were defused, and of the other 10%, we developed techniques to help come to a quick resolution. We now feel like a cohesive unit able to conquer anything before us, together. Thanks Grace for all your hard work and effort! You helped us lay the groundwork for a long lasting, phenomenal relationship. N & J

I've been working with Gini in Studio City for a few months now, and after three sessions (with a…read morefourth already booked), I'm genuinely amazed at how much she's helped me. I'm a skeptical, non-spiritual, and often negative guy who never thought therapy would work for someone like me. My wife, who's way more open-minded, and her close friend, who also sees Gini, kept raving about her. After trying a couple of other therapists who didn't connect, I decided to give Gini a chance. It's been one of the best decisions I've made. Gini's approach is unlike any other. She digs deep into my past, especially my childhood, to uncover why I think and act the way I do. For someone like me, who needs clear, logical explanations to process emotions and build better habits, her method is a perfect fit. She has this knack for helping me step back and see my life from an outsider's perspective, which has been incredibly eye-opening. It's like she's handed me a roadmap to understand my behaviors, my negativity, and even my frustrations in a way that makes sense. For example, she's helped me connect certain patterns in my reactions to things that happened when I was a kid, which I'd never considered before. This logical, almost detective-like approach makes it easier for me to tackle tough emotions without feeling overwhelmed. What makes her stand out even more is how she tailors her questions and insights to fit my mindset. She doesn't push vague or fluffy ideas--she meets me where I am, using reasoning that clicks with my rational side. Even when I'm stuck in my negative thoughts, she has a way of guiding me through them that feels supportive and clear. We've still got a lot of work to do, but I feel like Gini and I are completely in sync, and that gives me real hope for where this journey is headed. Gini is warm, humble, and her Austrian roots make her so relatable and grounded. Her past experience with natural vitamin remedies brings an extra layer of practical wisdom to her sessions, which I really appreciate. She's been super understanding with my hectic schedule, but it's her ability to connect with a skeptic like me that makes her exceptional. If you're someone who needs a logical, deep, and thoughtful approach to understand yourself and make changes, Gini is the therapist for you. I can't recommend her enough and am excited to keep working with her!
