This is a perfect season so the seats we're filled to the brim. We sat in the last row before the standing room only section and still had a great vantage point. The crowds can get so loud and the tv's and music is really well done. I liked the little merch store on the main level, and there are ample concessions! there are many parking lots and parking passes also available for purchase. The team directing everyone from outside to inside is so nice and friendly. It's definitely a huge arena that isn't intimidating.

(The longest sellout streak in all of college football is proof). Definitely the best college football stadium ever. If you are from Nebraska or are a Nebraska fan, this is THE place to be during college football season and the energy in this stadium is unlike anything else you will experience. The true Nebraska experience is here. The Runzas, to the Husker dogs, to the Valentino's pizza. Night games are my favorite because of the incredible light show. Hearing one half of the stadium yell HUSKER and the other half yell POWER is always super cool. The energy is truly electric and Husker fans are the most passionate best fan base there is!!! I am so proud to have gone to Nebraska and will always be a diehard Nebraska fan. To get to walk at graduation after completing my bachelor's degree in this stadium was very special to me. I have always gone to Nebraska games growing up with my Dad and it has always been one of our favorite places. I am grateful to Memorial Stadium for all of the memories of going to games with him as well as with my husband and friends. I truly don't think you can really understand what a Nebraska football game is like until you go for yourself, but I love telling people all about it. There truly is NO place like Nebraska, and I love how loyal us fans are. GBR always !!!!!!!

They're not even in the Big 12 anymore. Doesn't matter... That hurt runs deep. I was at that last heart breaker of a game at Jack Trice before Nebraska moved to the Big 10... That being said.... The campus and grounds around Memorial Stadium are inspiring. It's hard not to look up at those walls and not feel some respect for their football program with so many years of success behind it. We had met friends from Oklahoma in Lincoln. Terry's a huge football fan in general so I took him over to see the stadium and the Nebraska athletics hall of fame. No one can argue it's not impressive. But I'm still not going to give it 5 stars... Lol

Later, the team played for a while on a field just west of the old NU Coliseum at 14th and Vine. Now they play at the state-of-the-art Barbara Hibner Soccer Stadium, just north of the downtown campus. I absolutely love that the stands were built on the west side of the complex. You'll catch some sun during the day, but you won't have to worry much when first kick is around twilight time. I also like the walkway from the locker rooms to the field. It isn't long, but it's cool to see girls line up to high five the players as they walk down to the pitch. Standard concession items are available - hot dogs, pizza slices, nachos, popcorn, soda and water. I didn't see any alcoholic beverages on the menu. Bathrooms are on site, however I didn't use them. A team store is, too. Parking wraps around the complex, which includes tennis courts. There isn't a charge, however it's a bit of a walk, so you might want to wear comfortable shoes.
