I had a great experience buying a vehicle at Abbotsford Hyundai from start to finish. The Sales team was welcoming, helpful, and very patient. They listened to what I wanted & my budget, and made the purchasing process incredibly smooth. I highly recommend Abbotsford Hyundai if you're looking for a stress-free car buying experience. A big shoutout and thank you to Preet Jawanda, who was incredible throughout the entire process! She was professional, kept everything transparent, and was very (very) patient answering all of my questions. If you're in the market for a car, go to Abby Hyundai and ask for Preet. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Within a couple of days of purchasing a vehicle, the tire started to lose air. I contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind the vehicles that they sell and help to resolve the issue, but I was told that the tire had a nail and would need to be replaced at my cost. My issue occurred withing days of purchasing, yet no reasonable solution was offered. I'm disappointed with how management handled the situation. I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I tried to call back multiple times and Amar the Sales Manager did not return my calls, instead choosing to act unprofessionally and cowardly. A dealership should stand behind their product especially if it is within 1 week of purchase. Since the tire has a slow leak, we have no idea if this problem existed before the car was purchased. I believe a reputable dealership would demonstrate good customer service and take care of such a minor issue to keep their customers happy. This is definitely not the case with Hyundai Abbotsford. I warn any future customers from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. read more

Very poor experience with this dealership. High pressure, aggressive sales tactics that really don't make for a comfortable experience. The Buisness Manager Jimmy spoke to my wife and I like we were stupid when trying to figure things out. He was very rude, speaking over us and making us feel less than while trying to ask questions. My wife and I won't be back, and neither will our friends and family. If you HAVE to attend this dealership, Speak solely with Giordan. Giordan is a great person and tried to fix this for us but unfortunately we will be taking buisness elsewhere. I spoke to Chris (the general manager) the day after. Chris did not seem to care all to much and in the end recommended I complain to Hyundai Canada about the incident, which has been done. Aside from Giordan, I recommend people stay away. read more

Friendly helpful sales rep (Preet Jawanda). They arrived at a fair price with little pushing from me. The whole purchase process was easy ( finance consultant Chelsey K was helpful and good at her part). When we arrived to complete the sale, they had a big bow on our new vehicle. Highly recommend. read more

I bought a car on September 4, 2023 and signed all of the necessary paperwork and provided the dealer with a written copy of my loan with RBC. As of today, October 13, 2023, the dealership indicates that they sent the funds to RBC on September 20, 2023. The General manager has advised me to continue making payments on a car I no longer own and that their RBC rep cannot source or find the missing remittance. It is too bad that in today's world, nobody wants to take ownership of providing good customer relationships. I did buy a 24 Hyundai Hybrid and paid a $ 2,400 premium as they are in high demand, once this industry turns around as to supply issues, all dealers will pay for this gouging as to the lack of supply! I usually buy a car every 18 months and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! The dealer has indicated that it is my duty to find out where the money is and asked me to contact the RBC. It is interesting that my trade in is still on their lot with a valid registered lien, and that does not seem to bother them. D Subject read more

We were looking for an SUV that was capable of pulling a small trailer. Prior to attending the dealership, we had communication with Amar Singh via text message. Amar was very knowledgeable and discussed our options with us. When we arrived at the dealership, Amar had both the Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe ready for us to look at. We did not feel any pressure whatsoever from Amar, he didn't try to sell us the most expensive vehicle, he listened to our needs, including budget and in the end we found a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe that fit our needs. Amar was excellent to work with and we highly recommend him and Abbotsford Hyundai. read more

They wouldn't deal much on price when we got our car 3 years ago so we ended up going to chilliwack hyundai and they were great. Has a few dealing with the Abby Hyundai for maintenance over the years and lease return. Was not great experiences with abbotsford. I only used them for convenience. read more

The people at Abbotsford Hyundai went far above and beyond what is required of a car dealership. They stayed late, past their open hours, to make sure I got the right deal and the right car for me. They did not pester or badger me into anything, and me me feel secure and made me feel like I deserved a good experience. I especially want to point out Giordan in Finance, he made me feel right at home, and explained everything to me thoroughly without any hidden costs or agendas. Thank you to everyone at Abbotsford Hyundai - Automall for their terrific standards and experience. read more

Just picked up our new 2022 hybrid Santa Fe. It is a thing of beauty. The people there are wonderful to deal with. Seven years ago I bought a brand new Accent from them and received the same wonderful care. I service my vehicle thru them too and have never been disappointed. So happy to have met all these knowledgeable people...a great experience. read more

After receiving such terrible service at Langley Hyundai, Abbotsford Hyundai was a breath of fresh air. Because of the nature of my work, I was unable to use the phone to talk to salesman Rob Ferguson. Instead, I had to use text messaging. I told him that I wanted to by an Elantra GT without the hassle of a padded invoice. He was really accommodating and friendly and within a couple of hours of texting, a deal had been made. I drove down to the dealership that weekend, the car was ready and I just had to sign the paper work. After test driving several different cars from different dealerships, and being treated really badly by some of them, Abbotsford Hyundai and Rob Ferguson were a great experience. read more

Was shopping for a slightly used SUV a while back and I was trying to deal with Abbotsford Hyundai. The sales manager laughed at me when I said "I'll do a deal if you throw in a set of winter tires." He mockingly said "So would I!" Did my deal with another non-hyundai dealership in the automall. My request wasn't unreasonable - A friend of mine bought a Mazda a few years ago and they threw in winter tires AND free oil changes for a year or two. I previously dealt with Laurissa and she was lovely (since moved to another department), but that sales manager was very dismissive - obviously they don't want to sell vehicles if they treat potential clients like that. And the worst thing is I get junk mail from them regularly asking me to trade in my old car read more

When we picked up our new 2020 Santa Fe it was back in the shop 2 weeks later with a coolant issue, a piece off the system that allowed coolant to spray every where under the hood. When I took it in Sarah was very professional but the service personnel looked at me and asked what did I do. This was at 1000 km. on the odometer. But my complaint was with the purchasing process and being lied too and deceived [to get me over the lie they gave me 6 free oil changes] For seniors this process is intimidating and the hidden costs are not well explained and we were tired. 5 1/2 hours to finalize the purchase is to long. The detailer used something to clean inside windows which made driving home in the sun very hard to see. I am beginning to like my new SUV, but the dealership and some emploees attitude needs to be addressed.. read more

Five star plus. I had an excellent experience with Abbotsford Hyundai. Sarah and Daniel in the service department were outstanding. Communication was a 10/10. Satisfaction was a 10/10. It was a challenging service and warranty issue, but they handled it like true professionals! Especially squeezing me into the schedule just ahead of my four week trip. I could not be happier! Thank you so much! read more

I would like to say that this is my first ever review on anything and feel the need to do so. Just wanting to thank the wonderful staff in helping us with our very first purchase on a new vehicle! Everything from making us feel welcomed when we first walked in, from being knowledgable with all the different trims available, to working out finance payments that really work for our needs, we really couldn't ask for anything else! Just wanting to thank everyone again for everything, I will make sure to let everyone know what great staff you have working there!!! Thank you!!! read more

Abbotsford Hyundai is not a place I would recommend walking in to. They do not stand behind their vehicles should something go wrong. Alex put incredible pressure on me to buy the car he had already decided I was buying wether I wanted it or not. After telling him several times I was not buying the car that day he guilted me by complaining about how hard he had worked to get me financing. The guilt trip worked and I signed for a 2015 Nissan Versa with 77000 km for about $13500.00. The bluebook price is $7000.00. The interest on the loan brings the price to just over $30,000.00. I'm 59 and told the salesperson, Alex that I am disabled. I feel like I was conned in to a deal I couldn't afford at Abbotsford Hyundai on September 28, 2019. Today I heard from TD Autofinance that they will be auctioning the car and I will be accountable for all $ owing, which they do not receive after auctioning or privately selling the car. What about me Abbotsford Hyundai? Does what I can afford matter in comparison to your profits? Whata horrible experience that will cost me $ thousands of dollars for nothing. Dont buy a car at this cutthroat dealership if you enjoy peace of mind. read more

We asked to see a 2017 or a 2018 elantra our sales person Steven said sure we can bring in a few from our sister dealerships i said great we went in the next day and he walked us out to a shocking blue 2019 elantra we said what is this he said this is your car. Lets do a test drive we said the color is terrible he said talk to the finance guy we did he said the vehicle was specially financed for us a clearance special we test drove the vehicle of course we loved it brand new we had reservations about the color we were pressured and bullied the finance person said to my husband well your wearing a blue shirt come on you like blue this is your car its a great deal long story short bought the car and 2 days later completely regretted it i cried and cried. We returned the car. read more

Fast, friendly service. Our sales rep did a great job of trying to help us find what we wanted as opposed to trying to sell us something. Comfortable sales transaction, not pushy or aggressive. We will definitely go back when we need to replace our other car. read more

Hello everyone. I would recommend you check out Abbotsford Hyundai if you are car shopping! I had a great experience there, working with salesperson Amar, and I ended up buying an awesome "previously owned" Hyundai Tucson. It is so fun to drive and it was a good deal. I was treated fairly and the whole process went smoothly. read more

I too thought Langley Hyundai was the worst but it did not compare to Abbotsford Hyundai. They did substandard work on my car and even left the bolts off the front brakes. When I complained about the brakes being noisy and sticking they said that I must have left my hand brake on. They are the worst I have ever seen. Never ho there if you can go anywhere else. It makes me very concerned about the brand if even the national Hyundai does nothing about it. Mitch Trotman the owner, doesn't even return his messages. No customer service! Very sad company.. read more

Purchased a used Santa Fe which was reconditioned before pick up. they did a good job on it. However, I did not find their sales person to be well informed -- he was more concerned with his hair getting wet on a rainy day! Things were forgotten or not explained during the transaction and we had to call several times for more information read more
