This is a well established shop for many years. Abbeygate Lighting is located in Abbeygate Street, hence its name. There is no parking outside - in fact its part of the daily pedestrian area between 10-4 - but parking is nearby on either Angel Hill, the town centre, or a nearby car park. Abbeygate Lighting has a wide range of lights to suit all tastes, from the normal basic lights to art deco and chandaliers. Some of the lights are very expensive and elaborate and would only suit large rooms, in grand houses, whilst others are at the other end of the scale and would suit minimilistic tastes or small flats and bedsits. The lights here are very unique to suit a wide range of individual tastes, and appear more one off than your usual range of lights in stores such as Argos which are manufactured to a mass market. read more
