I'm a 51 year old retired veteran, with over 30 years of service to my country. I have had 34 surgeries from my time in the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. I've been seen, here, for the past 4 years. What did I do wrong: I couldn't pay them anymore money. Tricare pays minimum. So, they invented ways to get rid of me. It worked. They lied stating my surgeon didn't report my medication after my surgeries, so it's my fault, even though there were vebal and written records that state otherwise. They called in for a pill count, for the first time since I started with them over 4 years ago, after they KNEW I was on vacation in another country. Europe isn't a 6 hour drive. The one that really gets me is "Failed to bring in bottle" after they do a urinalysis.

After a nerve issue in my…read moreback affected my leg this summer I decided to see if physical therapy could help to ease my pain so I could run normally again. Andi, Jamie, Ken and Kaitlyn were able to work their physical therapy magic on me for a couple of months and I am happy to say that I am now back on track and training for a half marathon in one month. If it wasn't for the exercises, stretching and traction that they provided me with during my appointments I don't think that I would have gotten better on my own. He worked with me through the pain; gently pushing me when I needed it and letting areas heal when they weakened. I never thought I would get back to a normal life, but For the most part I have. The staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. I was in and out before I knew it. I was then given an MRI appointment and the tech there was wonderful and accommodating.
