Which not a big deal cause everyone deserves to have the time they need for the price everyone is paying. So you do have to be patient by far. Brittany is the most amazing out of all of them. But the other girls are pretty amazing also. Not the newer girls for sure one rude white girl was so rude to a patient while we was there made fun of her teeth and all so sad. We have had a few little run ins that wasn't good. We was in there once and a girl in training maybe was very rude to this other patient and made fun of the patient and the parent was mad and I don't blame that parent. They also don't do cleanings here either period. My other daughters orthodontist's office do everything literally and was the same price. They are very amazing about working with you on payments. We missed one payment and they was great with us. Not a overall bad place honestly guess the waiting time is what gets you.

We understand that each patient's orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Your first orthodontic visit will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address your orthodontic needs to determine if this is the proper time to begin treatment. After we have evaluated your records, we will conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of your treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem, a written summary of the findings and a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals and estimated fees. We encourage questions from both the patient and the parent, and as such, we provide ample time to answer your questions.

This is our biggest offer of the year and it's open to patients of all ages. Be sure to mention this promo to your treatment coordinator during your free exam to lock in your savings." There was no fine print or anything else with the promotion (I still have the email). The consultation was scheduled on time and attended by two of my children, so we met the stated requirements. Now, the business refuses to honor the promotion as advertised. This is misleading and extremely disappointing. Promotions should be honored as advertised, especially when customers make the effort to schedule and attend based on those terms. This experience left me disheartened and distrustful. If a business makes a public offer, it should stand by it. I would strongly encourage others to get every detail in writing before moving forward and think twice before investing with this Orthodontist.

Had the worst experience here…read more Was there for over 3 hours when all I needed was part of my permanent retainer to be re-glued on one side (which I was told on the phone should be no problem). I had a similar incident last time which took nearly 3 hours as well. Everything took an extremely long time and they ended up telling me they wouldn't re-glue it and they wanted me to pay $4,000 for Invisalign. I said I could discuss it with my family later to decide if that's what I truly want to spend money on and they told me I needed to leave and that they wouldn't do anything to the permanent broken retainer in my mouth. I said I had been there for 3 hours and I really want the retainer either removed or re-glued so it doesn't stab my tongue in the meantime. They told me I would have to pay $500 out of pocket to get the retainer re-glued or removed. Not only was this visit a huge waste of my time, but I felt completely disrespected by the orthodontist and one of the ladies who works the front desk. I will no longer be getting any dental work done here and currently have a piece of metal in my mouth that is only fastened to one tooth. Very disappointed. So if anyone has any dental or ortho suggestions, help your girl out!
