Had the worst experience here…read more Was there for over 3 hours when all I needed was part of my permanent retainer to be re-glued on one side (which I was told on the phone should be no problem). I had a similar incident last time which took nearly 3 hours as well. Everything took an extremely long time and they ended up telling me they wouldn't re-glue it and they wanted me to pay $4,000 for Invisalign. I said I could discuss it with my family later to decide if that's what I truly want to spend money on and they told me I needed to leave and that they wouldn't do anything to the permanent broken retainer in my mouth. I said I had been there for 3 hours and I really want the retainer either removed or re-glued so it doesn't stab my tongue in the meantime. They told me I would have to pay $500 out of pocket to get the retainer re-glued or removed. Not only was this visit a huge waste of my time, but I felt completely disrespected by the orthodontist and one of the ladies who works the front desk. I will no longer be getting any dental work done here and currently have a piece of metal in my mouth that is only fastened to one tooth. Very disappointed. What should have been an exam that was completely covered by insurance, turned into a $56 dollar bill from Willow Dentistry. Who even does a fluoride treatment for teenagers without asking first? I was told to come back the following day. I called over the following day to see if the machine was working, they said "yes." When I arrived that afternoon, I waited an hour just to still not receive any service because the x-ray machine still wasn't working. They referred me out to a different dentist and asked if they said they could call me in a prescription for pain as I was leaving. I recieved a bill in the mail as they billed my insurance for "limited oral exam." They never examined my mouth and I never saw the doctor. Due to "calling in a prescription", they were able to bill my insurance after they wasted 2 days where I could have actually been receiving care by another dentist. I was never informed that my insurance would be billed for calling in a prescription.
