They told us we could and even let us know what would be the best time to see the transformation (batch process) and you can see it through a glass in their store. We were also able to see their very nice storage in the back of the factory/store. Prices are good and you can find some exclusive products (aged cheese). Have fun with the family!

If it's not made right there on the spot it's a disgrace wise words from my best friend. You can get Kingsley or guillaume back home but once it gets transported from fresh to cold and hot and cold and hot it just turns out MEH and loses its beautiful taste.
