I recommended him on 2 bathroom renovations project 1 for my client and 1 or myself. One of the projects is in center city For which a premium was paid. They installed new plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen. There is a major problem in the bathroom. The new plumbing bangs. Tom Q sent his plumber to the condo after 2 months of calling. This was the plumber who installed the water supply pipes to a brand new shower, he assured me that the pipes were secure. So there must have been a change in the water pressure in the building to cause banging pipes when hand held shower ONLY is turned on. he suggested I call Tom Q to get a quote to further secure the pipes. I have called Tom for 1 month to discuss the matter and secure a quote in hopes of getting a quote to no avail. sadly i can no longer recommend TSQ Plumbing.
