Recently I got locked out of my house through the garage door and I live in an older townhome that was built in the 70s so apparently the lock is amazing and is really difficult to get open. My husband eas at the fire station so I ended up having to call Abba and a very nice gentleman answered the phone and sent someone out to my house in about 30 minutes. I recommend that you do not call this company. I called this company on Dec 4th about 6:30. The man who came drllled out 2 locks, spent less than an hour, and charged me $720. I pursued this with the Better Business Bureau. I found out that they have had 9 complaints against them on the BBB site (now 10 including mine) none of which were resolved because they refused to respond. The BBB has rated them an F company, their lowest rating. In addition, the BBB told me that their license was not valid. I verified this with the State of CA and at the time the work was done for me their license had been expired since Feb., 2011. Thus according to the state licensing agency they should not have done the work for me that night, since licensure is required in CA. read more
