I was pleasantly surprised by the phone agents helpfulness and knowledge of the bail procedure. Since I was arranging bail for a friend and I would have to drive 30 miles to the next town, she was able to fill out most of the required paper work over the phone. I was then met at their office by the Manager, who by the way even though it was 2:45 am, was professional while still being friendly and very efficient.
