She went out of her way to pick him up so he wouldn't have to stay locked up another night. And ended up having to leave work way after closing hours. Her prices were the lowest of three places I called. She made it simple, fast, and pleasant. And I did this all on the phone from another city. Everything got signed online through my phone. But, the main thing that impressed me was that she wasn't rude nor not caring, unlike the others. The other's tone of voice alone was a turnoff. Their attitudes were as if "you needed them and they didn't need you." Her's was polite and nonjudgmental. And her behavior and actions showed what good service really was. People....No need to waste your time calling around. After trying to call at least 3 other so-called "local" bail bond companies at 2 am (who didn't…read morebother to answer their phones!) I called All-Pro Bail bonds from their yellow page ad. I was pleasantly surprised by the phone agents helpfulness and knowledge of the bail procedure. Since I was arranging bail for a friend and I would have to drive 30 miles to the next town, she was able to fill out most of the required paper work over the phone. I was then met at their office by the Manager, who by the way even though it was 2:45 am, was professional while still being friendly and very efficient. I received a discount for being a member of a labor union and payment arrangements were affordable for my friend. Overall, this experience was exactly as their television commercial depicted!

After a few days go by nothing, they still haven't refunded the money like they said they would.
