Vicki was wonderful to speak with and generously performed the initial research and case evaluation completely free of charge, promising to bill only if she felt we had a winning case. Within 4 to 5 days, after spending significant time digging into the numbers, she gave me honest, invaluable advice: dropping the appeal was the smarter financial move, as appealing carried the risk of the Assessor looking at our actual costs and increasing the assessment. Vicki's speed, deep market knowledge, and integrity saved me time, stress, and unnecessary fees. She truly puts the homeowner first. Highly recommended.

We visited several small, family-owned jewelers while designing our dream engagement ring, and…read morealthough we ultimately chose to work with another jeweler, we wanted to share our experience here as well. We appreciated the help we received from Elena and Darya who were kind and pleasant to work with. However, our interaction with Fanya was off putting and left us feeling uncomfortable. During our visit, she spoke very confidently about the history of mining diamonds in a way that did not align with well-documented historical information we are privy to. The conversation felt dismissive of a serious subject and it made it difficult for us to feel confident moving forward with such an important purchase. When choosing a jeweler for something as meaningful as an engagement ring, trust and transparency matter a lot. While we respect that others may have different experiences, this interaction ultimately led us to continue our search elsewhere. Especially after noticing many of their negative reviews revolved around the owners daughter, this was concerning to us. We wish the business the best, but wanted to share our honest experience for others who are doing the same research we were.

Her hours work great for people with an 8-5 jobs. The first time I went there was for her to help me sort out some items I have and inherited from my mother-in-law. I have some colored stones she was able to help me identified which was which and educate me on how to take care each one of them. The second time I came was to ask her to authenticate a pair of 4x4mm aquamarines I purchased online. I want to ensure what I purchased matched the description online. This was the first time I made a purchase from an online vendor. I'm happy to say the aquamarines I purchased online matched the online description. She is at 1936 Camden suite B. Please go to her if you have some jewelry you want to authenticate.
