Thank you to Viviana for making me feel comfortable for my first Brazilian Bikini Wax. Always and great and fast service.

I love this place. I rather not do my eyebrows than go anywhere else. Living in sobe it's hard to know I'm sitting in traffic to get my eyebrows done but it's always worth it in the end. read more

I had best waxing experience ever with Rossana! She took her time, was very gentle and friendly and did a super clean job :) very cozy and zen atmosphere, will definitely be going back!!! read more

The place and staff is amazing! Very clean and professional setting! The prices are just right! And Kiki is THEE best!

Excellent service, clean place, lovely people. 100% recommend ABB waxing for all your waxing needs!

For those of us who love her, Kiki's Back! I come here for a couple of reasons: Kiki, the quality of the wax and the cleanliness and professionalism of the owner and staff. Waxing is painful no matter what but the friendly and professional staff at ABB Waxing help make it painless. read more

The best Brazilian wax I have had in Miami. Laura was nice but professional and made me feel at ease - I was in an out in under 30 minutes. Not to mention, the prices are right = $21 plus tip. Finally, affordable and trustworthy waxing! read more

I love coming here.. In fact I look forward to my time with Kiki. There is parking for customers in the back, building is easy to find and always clean. Receptionist is always friendly and makes sure the ladies are aware of upcoming appointments. All the ladies there do an amazing job, but my go to is Kiki. She's so bubbly and really distracts you from the pain (if there is any). She's quick and precise and a perfectionist.. Doesn't get much better than that. Wax is always the perfect temperature and leaves my skin feeling great! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Cynthia was the best! I used to love this place but I have to admit that it has changed. Last two times I've visited I've walked away with little blobs of wax and frankly ... not what I was used to. The prices are great but you get what your pay for. Cynthia please come back! read more

The place is clean and cozy. I recommend Lina for Brazilian wax. She is really nice and will take care of you. She takes her time and make sure that I was comfortable n I will go back again . read more

After not getting a wax in several months, ABB Waxing made returning to the salon much more comfortable and enjoyable. The wax they use is imported from Brazil with ingredients such as bee resin and pine trees, if I'm not mistaken. Ileidys was my salon associate and she took several measures to improve the process for me. Afterwards, I spoke with the owner and receptionist as well and it was very clear how important service is at this salon. I'm very happy that I came here and would definitely return! read more

When considering the "joy" in waxing, this place makes the process easier. The people are nice, there's always someone around to book an appointment with and they're open 7 days a week. I like some of the wax women better than others, but they're all pretty consistent. I would say, out of the wax-specific places in Miami, this one is one of the best. The parking at this building is sometimes tricky during high traffic times because there is a Starbucks and a Subway in the location, but other than that, it's super fast, relatively painless (?) and consistent. read more

Great experience. I've been going to ABB for 2 years now since I moved to the MiMo area. The location is clean and convenient. The waxers are professional, kind and fast. The price is also great! I prefer it to Uni-K wax because this is more of a boutique experience, your not just another body. The staff treats you well and they always offer water or tea. read more

I love ABB. I can't wax my face because I have very sensitive skin. Giselle is the only person who has threaded my face and given me little to no irritation afterwards as where I usually have quite a bit of breaking out with anyone else. She usually does my bikini wax as well as Sally. They are both great, friendly, and efficient. They really know how to make me feel comfortable during this very uncomfortable service. I only give four stars because the front desk people I've dealt with besides the gentleman aren't very friendly and the space could use an updated look in my opinion. But I highly recommend this spot to everyone! read more

I started going here as a recommendation from a friend after I wasn't satisfied with laser hair removal. I've been going here for over a year and it's my favorite place to go. The customer service is great, they always have convenient appointments and the staff is very knowledgeable. I love that they have a stamp card for discounts after a couple of visits. My experience is always exceptional. I drive all the way from Broward just to come here. Highly recommend. read more

This place is the best. They are always on time and the girls do a great job. Been coming here for 4 years and no complaints yet!

Glad to have discovered this gem over 2 years ago. Convenient location, great hours, affordable. What is not to love about ABB? Ask for Patricia when you book, she's great! read more

I love this place especially Lina!!! She's amazing!!! Best wax lady ever!!!

Great spot! Just had my underarms waxed and had to write a review! Quick service, great technician and overall enjoyed experience. Had no idea about this hidden gem but now I'm a forever client! read more

Still think Shawnee (not Jade, oops) is the best waxer there -- quick, relatively pain-free, clean, and fun to chat with. However, it appears that she's the only one who doesn't double dip...boo. read more

As of December 2009, Cynthia is no longer working there. :( However, Dulce and Laura come highly recommended.

Awesome, clean, courteous and accommodating! Today was my first ever visit and I will be back! I spoke with a wonderful gentlemen named Joe who was kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment. I don't have a single complaint and my eyebrows look great!! read more

Great service. Front desk associate was very nice. She even babysat for a women who is getting a service performed. read more

ABB is a gem! I had an excellent manicure and pedicure last weekend. The staff was tremendously friendly and professional. Also, ABB is one of the elite few in Miami that are proficient in Minx Nails. This is the hottest new trend in nail fashion that all the celebrities are wearing! They never smudge, never chip, no drying time and are Eco friendly. I just made my appointment! read more

Great place for waxing ! Never did waxing before , this was my first, always shaved my armpits and down there . But this place is so professional , very clean , They always use disposable wax , I'll be back . read more

I absolutely LOOOOVE this place for waxing! I have been going here for a year and a half and I have no complaints! The service never disappoints and not to mention the "punch system" for every wax completed. On the 7th wax there's a 10% discount! Doesn't get any better than that! read more

Great customer service! Patricia was super sweet. She made you feel very comfortable. I was out in under 30 minutes! Great quality wax. And Prices are extremely reasonable! Would definitely recommend! read more

I called and made a last minute appointment for a Brazilian wax. It was a couple days before July 4th, so I was expecting to be told they were full, but to my surprise the receptionist squeezed me in at the end of the day and told me they would take care of me. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and was the last client to be seen. My waxer, Patricia, made it immediately clear that I was an inconvenience to her and rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted a full Brazilian and not just a bikini wax. I get it, I was the last appointment of the day during what must have been a busy week. And I would never have bothered to write a Yelp review (my first ever) if she had done even a decent job. Clearly in a rush to get home, Patricia ripped off the hard wax before it even had time to dry. This resulted in her missing a TON of hair and irritating my skin. She even commented (TMI sorry) that I have very little hair and yet she still managed to miss most of it. I ended up paying nearly $50 (including 20% tip) for the worst Brazilian wax I've ever received. Additionally, as others have commented, the salon has a weird smell and is very dingy looking, not at all like the photos posted here on Yelp. I care more about quality service than I do about atmosphere, but it leaves me wondering why the prices are so high. Clearly it's neither for service nor for atmosphere. I gave them two stars instead of one because I hope this was a one-time fluke during a busy week. Though I was grateful they took me at the last minute, I ultimately would have preferred being turned away and finding a new salon. There are many other places in Miami offering quality waxes at lower prices. I will not be returning to ABB. read more

Very very bad job!!!! I made an appointment today . The lady with glasses was doing Brazilian wax for me. First. It was very painful. Second when I arrived home i saw that half of the hair still there. She did very sloppy job. I don't know if she doesn't see it or she just don't wanna do it. Anyway i will never come back read more

I love this place for my waxing needs. I've tried all the ladies and they never disappoint, but every time I go to Ismaray I feel that she is the best, her technique is unique in the way she makes it less painful and she has great conversation. The place is super clean and everyone is very nice! Will come every time. read more

My usual waxer was all booked and I had to get a Brazilian immediately and I remembered passing this place on Biscayne .I went ahead and booked an appointment and was nervous since I've been doing my Brazilian with the same person for years. I told my technician Herlene that it had been awhile and that I was really nervous and she did her best to keep me entertained and distracted! It was over before I knew it! Place is super clean and peaceful! read more

Traveling from Vermont and called for an appointment - was able to get in within the hour. Had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes upon arriving. The owner took me so I didn't wait any longer and she was awesome! She's a super friendly Brazilian woman who made me feel very comfortable. She uses gentle products and is very attentive to detail. The prices are great here and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this place and will return next time I'm in Miami. read more

I got the full Brazilian and it was the most painful Brazilian I've ever had (I was literally screaming). She told me I was done prematurely and I had to ask her to go over some of the spots that she missed. When I got home, I realized that there were even more spots that she missed. To make matters worse, there was regrowth within the first week. Extremely disappointed. read more

Best place in town for waxing. Super clean and professional. Very reasonable price. I will be back

Prior to moving to Miami about a year ago, I always went to a Brazilian waxing place in the metro Atlanta area. Of course, I was looking for something similar. I couldn't be happier when I found ABB! They provide great services. Not to mention, they have even better customer service. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I have been going to ABB on Biscayne Boulevard for a while and have never been disappointed. I am one of those clients that makes an appointment at the last minute and do not have a particular person that I go to. All the ladies are excellent, service oriented and do a very good job. Best of all, they keep their time. I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time........ read more

I'm terrified always with trying new places, especially with the poor treatment u usually get in miami, u know what i'm talking about? The one that makes u feel not like they are giving u a service, but doing u a favor... Yeah, that treatment. But I live right up the street from this place so I decided to call for an appointment. Bianca, the girl that answered the phone to book my appointment wasn't excited at all about the fact that I stated I was gonna be a first timer. How about u try and make the customer feel welcome on that phone call they made to try ur business? I know it might not be "your" business, but u represent the owner if u didnt know... She was very sarcastic and nonprofressional at all during our phone call. I almost hung up the phone while I was on hold, but I took a deep breath and decided that it isn't the owner or aesthetician's fault that the receptionist has poor customer service skills. I will go on with my appointment this weekend, but I am already mentally prepared for a bad experience as it started bad since the appointment phone call. I will however update this review and let u all know how it went. Fingers crossed. read more

I'm always looking to try new things and places. Even though I swear by Marra at Uni K in North Miami I wanted to see what the hype was about at ABB. I came in yesterday (Wednesday) and was serviced by Julia. I got three different areas waxed and I was holding my breath for that first peel but surprisingly it was less painful than I thought!... And a couple dollars cheaper that what I'm use to paying! I will definitely be returning! read more

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and surprisingly enough it didn't hurt that bad. Their location on Normandy Drive is very nice and welcoming. The complaint that I have is that I asked for just the full Brazilian which is $27, the girl asked me if that's it and I confirmed. While waxing, and without asking me, she decided to do my inner thighs and stomach. To my understanding (because I am part Brazilian) the butt is always included in a FULL Brazilian wax, well here no. So along with the butt, thighs, and stomach it came out to $63, a $36 difference from the $27, without being asked. Needless to say I'm not pleased about that. Love the wax I got, but seriously I think that is completely unprofessional especially if she asked me if I was just getting the full Brazilian wax. Don't know if I'll be going back now because of that. read more

Clean wax! Clean place! Best waxing experience. Hard green wax. Very comfortable and professional. I love this place, I get my bikini done and they do not reuse the sticks. They are amazing! Ive been to other places and this is by far the best! They put on the green wax and then pull it off without paper. Very comfortable. read more
