I just concluded a three day seminar and took 8 modules from their roster of incredibly talented, energetic, and super creative consultants. Not only was it useful, and gave me so many great ideas, but it was also very uplifiting. There were over 100 participants who worked in the training field for so many diverse industries -insurance, banking and finance, hospitality, government, military, computers and systems, etc. Speaking of diverse, there were participants here from China, Japan, India, Australia, and Egypt! They arranged the participants into "teams" and had us all enthused with a team competition where you earned points for completing tasks and social media participation. It was a time well spent..

The exercises really get you to think & with a small class, you get to interact with everyone in the class. The class booklet will be very helpful when I go back to work. And we get to take our presentations home on a memory disk! The building is great, the ambiance & decor makes you feel at ease. They provide a light breakfast & a yummy catered lunch, that is filling. Snacks are provided in the afternoon. They provide training there on site, but they are also mobile & can provide training at your workplace.

I started at the Rock 201 level, (level 3 out of 6) and ended in Houseband, a performance based group who played at Summerfest in Milwaukee, the Mall of America, and the Xcel Energy Center at a Wild game. I've loved all of my instructors and their various teaching styles. They offer every aspect of a rock band, including all the instruments mentioned above. Kids are also able to pick from a variety of artists and genres to cover as a band, and make new friends and learn the importance of teamwork. I had the privilege of learning here, and went from fumbling through vocals on "Eye of the Tiger", to absolutely mastering every instrument on "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and teaching a group of younger students how to play it as a band. I've not only improved musically, but also as a person. I've learned the importance of teamwork, respect, hard work, and consistency. I've become a better public speaker and more of an extrovert, but also gained more self awareness, and I firmly believe that my emotional development is easily owed to this program. If your child (or you!) stick with this program, it will definitely be worth your while! Even though the school is aimed at students, adults are also able to receive lessons and there is an adult band! They have a few little creatures for kids to climb and slide. It's a nice enclosed area with seating around the perimeter along the windows and wall. It can be very slippery with socks on and that is required. No good or drinks allowed but of course there is always someone that will break the rules. It's nice because you don't have to pay. Them there's a little arcade of riding toys outside as well as a train ride that is available to go around on the first level by Kohl's. They have a stroller parking right outside the play area and so the room is not crowded. It's clean for the most part.
