Next day a different CS rep said 10 to 20 business days and argued with us about our actual DOBs amongst other things. Very argumentative and dishonest. In good faith could never recommend TPG to anyone after this pathetic experience. I will share this story with anyone looking for network service.

I have decided to cancel my service and that was a while ago. To this day they have not processed my request. I have lodged a complaint to the TIO and recently to the ACCC. Avoid them at all cost.
