I have been with TPG since 2002. During that 16+ years they have been brilliant. A lot of changes from the old dial up to broadband, ADSL, DSLAM 2+, NBN HFC, moving house twice, upgrading modems etc.
My mother is 90 and they have talked her through updating, new plans, adopting new technology and getting wifi modems/routers etc running smoothly. As she commented to me the other day... TPG have really looked after me and their service has been fantastic.
We both want the community to know just how good TPG have been and how they have been at the forefront of introducing new technology at the most competitive of prices.
The service was always a bit time consuming with regard to wait times and identifying service issues in the early days, but rarely could I say there was a problem over this very long time. Working with IInet made a big difference to service levels and standards. Fast courteous and actioned in the shortest of time frames. (usually a few hours not days.) read more
