I had the worst experience with these people! DO NOT USE THEM.
I live in PNG and just wanted to buy a computer as Australia is the closest place for me to do this. There was a process required to verify who I was by putting money into my account and then I'd advise them of the amount and then they'd process it.
I called, who I suspect was the owner and explained that its a different currency so the amount deposited into my bank would be different. He didn't seem to understand what I was talking about and started talking over me that he'd been in business for years and years and so on. I asked him if he had done business in PNG and then he turned the conversation around that he was as Australian as I was and insinuated I was racist in some way.
Needless to say I was somewhat offended. I then sent them an email with the amount showing in my bank which I had already said would be different to the AUD amount. I then rang their office (at least time it was a land line) and spoke to some girl there. Not only did she tell me there was no problem with the processing of the amount she said it was in delivery to the required address.
This was quite urgent for me so the fact it was now in delivery was a relief.
I then get a call 2 days later saying the amount I advised that had been received to my bank was incorrect and that they wouldn't process the order!
I then called again and spoke to the owner who just spoke over me when I tried to communicate my issue.
After coming to the realisation that this was not going to be processed I expressed my disappointment and told him how hard it was to do business with him and that his girl had clearly lied when saying it was already processed and was in transit/delivery.
Not only this, they transacted the money from my account before confirming the order so by the time it was put back into my account over seas, I lost 250AUD for the privilege.
Zlyax computers are incompetent, do not tell the truth, have extremely poor customer service and lack integrity. I wouldn't not recommend them to anyone and suggest people steer clear of them. read more
