The AC wasn't cooling at all. He put in a little bit of freon and it became chilly. Because he spent only 15 minutes and used only a little freon he charged almost nothing!. (He was top rated on Yelp. ) He does both AC and mechanical work. He's the best!!!

Instead he kept a grudge and here we are two years later where I have another huge job and denies working on my vehicle. Did I forget to mention that I used to work on cars so I kind of know what I'm talking about. So just a heads up if you still want to go back to the shop don't confront him on something that he's done wrong you'll be black balled

Nice guy, but just not gonna get the job done. Hired him at 120 an hour to do a Painless wire…read moreharness install. After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. The first day he arrived his truck leaked a lot of oil all over my driveway and I spent an hour cleaning it. Unfortunately a total waste of time and money. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. This response was totally unacceptable and to blame me for this lack of professionalism is just plain wrong! See the dates and fotos. This truck is a 140k truck with some needs to I wanted addressed. It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! This of you that have been scammed and strung along by a mechanic will understand!!!! See the screenshot with cancellations and change dates. This was chronic cancellations and changes. I missed work one day. In fact, I even gave him my code to the garage to accommodate him. But, too much is too much. I couldn't justify paying him for constantly uncertainty. I can do this all day. Let me start by the metadata claim.... These are screen shots take the day of this posting genius....look at the dates in the chat. The parts you said I choose cheaper parts of lower quality ... see the new screen shots where you told me to purchase the specific parts and I did. You have disgraced yourself and lied and it's here in black and white with your chat. Also, pay attention to the dates that you told me to purchase and my response was I got them. You say you had no role which parts I purchased which is an absolute falsehood! It's in black and white. I have the chats here that you directed me to purchase certain items and I did! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. See it in the screenshot You're deceit and lack of candor this will only make you look even more unprofessional. Keep editing, I'll keep posting the truth. I'm awaiting for an apology. BTW - having a couple friends make 5 star reviews the day I call you out isn't fooling anyone. They can see the dates and the lack of activity on their accounts. You had 2, 5 star ratings and nothing ore when I hired you... should have been the red flag to stay away. Now you have several with no depth and 3 of them posted within a couple hours of each other yesterday .

What do you most look for when seeking a skilled, non-dealer, car repair tech? After the obvious…read morethings, like competence and a technological knowledge/ability level with repairing the type of car that YOU drive, it's HONESTY and the quality of the work--clearly. At "Rudy's European Motorwerks," in Jupiter, you'll find ALL of these things in abundance. Manny is genuinely the most organized and one of the more knowledgeable auto-technical wizards that I've ever encountered. He's not a grease monkey--quite to the contrary, he's got a BS in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with humility and a huge ability to figure out what isn't already present in his vast memory and experience bank. He's a patient man, who listens carefully, invokes his wisdom through a detailed & focused approach, and runs a shop that's part library (THREE FULL WALLS of immaculately kept research books, manuals, and other assorted wisdom,) and part Automobile Hospital. His being from a rich Greek-American heritage also places him within a strong tradition that celebrates knowledge, insight, and method. I'm a fan for life...amazed that I got lucky enough (thanks to another Audi-owning Yelper,) to find this gem of a shop. Nothing's too exotic or too "niche" for Manny, it seems. The mechanics are hand-picked, talented, and I trust them...especially Giovanni: a man who clearly has the mindset of an old-world craftsman, along with the determination and dedication to make sure that the job gets done right--I detect a bit of the perfectionist in him, and it pleases me greatly that he's the one working on my 12-year-old Audi A6 BiTurbo. All in all, I simply state that my car and my wife's Acura will NOT be going anyplace else for repairs...EVER. No one else is going to be so much as touching my Audi, if I have anything to say about it. When it comes to "Rudy's European Motorwerks," they're my first family for automotive excellence. Even sharing this review feels like a labor of love, not a chore. Don't hesitate to trust your precious (and not so precious) vehicles in their more-than-capable hands.
