They could not get the wheel off to repair it, so I had to have it towed to the dealership so they could take the wheel off. After three hours of waiting I view my dashcam to see my car has not left the spot I parked it in (again 3 hours ago) I call back in to ask for a reason why I have not been serviced yet and was told they they prioritize walk ins over appointments. After telling the employee how unfair and idiotic this is from a consumer standpoint I see work has begun . After 2 more hours I am told that I would need to pay an additional $200 to align the tires I just paid $1580 to have installed. This is the exact opposite of what the employee told me at 8am when I signed off for a total cost of 1500ish and he verbatim said "the only extra cost is the valve stems". I then ask the employee to explain why this cost was never told to me before he then hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking. I come to pick up the vehicle only to find out that one of the employees have literally ripped off the plastic aero covers on my Tesla tires claiming that it would have "fallen off while driving" which is funny considering the fact I drive this vehicle 60+ miles daily and have had no issues. The disrespect, lying, stealing and incompetence of this store amazes me. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust these criminals to work on your vehicle.
