I spent my teens and 20s in tanning beds and in the sun, my skin showed it. When I first came to Maria, I was getting ready to turn 50 and thought I would get a little bit of filler. But what ended up happening was finding incredible women who supported me in a journey to take care of myself physically and mentally. In the past 3 years the physical changes to my face are more than I could've ever dreamed of. But what means even more is the kindness and support I've been shown by all of the employees. Sometimes getting to talk to Kim before my appointment is the best part. She truly is the number one hype girl! She always makes me feel good about myself and the progress I have made. Maria and Shannon are so skilled and the best in their fields. Maria has assembled an entire team of talented, kind and caring women. She did not want to trim my cuticles at all, but when I asked her to cut them a few times, she kept doing them with a Dremel. So much so that my nails became paper thin. I went back to her a second time and asked her to not Dremel my nails because they became extremely thin and all broke off very deep. So instead, she started taking a nail file and just filing the hell out of every nail bed. She said she was having trouble getting their nail polish off, but I had been to them the last two times so it was whatever they use. In the meantime, I am very sad that my nails are destroyed and paper thin. I'm not even sure If my nails can recover from this. They also nickel and dime you to death. If you want cat eye polish, it's an extra $20, if you want your cuticles trimmed it's an extra $15, everything is extra and adds up very quickly. I have been to many places over the last 30 years and I've never seen this.

She will blame you for not following her after care instruction or because of your skin, or you dont have a patient. I have a permanent make up eyebrows (microblading) for 5 years and I was very, very happy with my previous technician. But her salon is very busy, and you cant shedule apoitment with her on the next day. I am very busy mom with 2 small kids and I cant wait for a month to get refresh for my eyebrows. So I find Tia on Facebook. She was promoted her Facebook page. I am explaining her my situation. What I already have my permanent make up and its was done 2 years ago, I need to do refresh and maybe do a little bit thicker. If it's not to complicated. She told, she can do, she is very professional and have a license and insurance and I trusted her. On my appointment day, she gave me a lot of information. Her knowledge was excellent. Her prices is not so cheap and too expensive. So I was glad to find her. After my procedure was done, my eyebrows was look amazing. But after 2 week they starting loose color, (80%) changed shapes and right now I have 4 eyebrows. Horrible looking. I am immediately contacted her about what I have right now, send her a lots of pictures. She said I need to do touch up. I asked her how come?..on my appointment you told me my eyebrows will be good for 5 years. She told me that her goal is to keep clients from coming back every 2-3 years. All she said was bullshit. Plus she refused my touch up appointment. She told me she is not right technician for me. If you not right for me. Why did you take this job before?
