They also explained why the new design of dishwashers are difficult to fit into older homes' existing cabinets. I measured carefully, but our new dishwasher was a very tight fit. Mr. Coty came out in less than 24 hours and had my dryer working in short order. Excellent all around. Update:: had a major electrical issue last week and two of my appliances burnt out. My stove was 28 years old and no parts were available so I bought a new one but my dishwasher is still recent so I called Rod. He came out and fixed it for a good price. I just came into this local Best Buy and spoke with a supervisor, Tammy, about a 3D printer I purchased through this store. She told me that they wouldn't replace the printer even though it is still sold by them. And she told me they would only give me half the value of the printer minus a service fee because I used rewards certificates to pay for part of it. Tammy was very rude and disrespectful. She almost went out of her way to not be helpful and deflect to the General Manager, April, that would be in the next day. I used to recommend people buy things from Best Buy because they have great customer service. I've specifically told people to buy their printers from Best Buy so they'd have the support of a brick and mortar store. Unfortunately, I was apparently wrong. I can't recommend Best Buy anymore, or at least this location. You're better off going the distance to MicroCenter for your electronics needs. Even working with Amazon would've been easier.

While waiting for them, Wagner provided a loaner washer with a hole in the discharge hose, which flooded our basement. When our new washer arrived, a pipe was broken during installation, flooding the basement a second time and forcing us to shut off water to the entire house. Then our new dryer required 2-3 hour-long cycles to dry clothes. When we called, we were met with defensiveness and blame, including suggestions that our venting might be the problem. Wagner installed the vent. And the vent WAS the problem. Their hose was cramped/restricted behind the dryer. Once corrected, the dryer worked perfectly. The customer service was worse than the mistakes. We actually drove to the store because of how rude the phone interaction had become. The salesperson was so argumentative that he eventually said, "I guess I'll just stop talking until you tell me it's okay." Later the manager sent photos "for our documentation." I responded with my before photos showing Wagner's original vent installation. He asked if my husband still wanted a call; we scheduled it for the next day. He never called. Mistakes happen. Two floods and a bad vent installation are frustrating, but what earned one star was the defensiveness and lack of basic accountability afterward. I chose a local dealer because I want businesses like Wagner to exist. I hope they improve, because customer service shouldn't feel like a schoolyard fight. Sometimes "We're sorry. Let's get this fixed" is all that's needed.
