After a month and a half of no part and various excuses related to health of a family member, I requested a refund. Communication was difficult throughout. After pressing for my money, I was told a refund check was mailed on Feb. 25. I waited seven days, but no check arrived. When I followed up, Mr. Atkinson offered to "stop payment" and bring a check. Based on the pattern of behavior, I informed him I would only accept cash. Provided a partial refund because he decided to keep the diagnosis fee. Would not recommend.

It is dishonest to charge a person for the install when the install is not yet completed. This guy is a complete fraud and con man. Stay away from this guy.

Our account had once been tied to a business account, as the house we are living in is a corporate asset. The business account was in arrears due to my stepmother commandeering the family business when my father died. (She threatened us with her alcoholic, criminal brothers' presence, stopped taking customers, and thus the bills could not be paid because income ceased.) I had once tried to make a separate, personal account last March of 2017, right after Bo came to my house. The woman I spoke with made it seem like I was hassling her, so I just let that task go. When my husband went into Blossman in December, the woman he spoke with was very rude. She threatened to turn off our heat at our home within a few days. She turned her back on my husband. The other woman there did not offer my husband any help. I emailed the manager. I explained that if they turned off our heat without a written prior notice that that action would be unlawful. He offered to meet with me. I said that I would come in to to see him. When I got there, the three people at the front desk ignored me. Two were on computers, but still. The woman that was rude to my husband finally acknowledged me and was rude. She acted like she did not know that I was coming in, and created a bit of confusion- I had to ask if I was at the right location. You know- passive aggressive crap. The manager, Lynn, was very nice. I explained to him that we had lawyers, and that the past business account bill would have to be taken out of my father's estate at a later date. I also explained to him that since all our legal troubles began in the warm months, we plain forgot to attend to any business matters/utilities that were related to the cold seasons. Lynn set us up with a personal account, and I am grateful for that. So, one star taken away for now due to rudeness from certain people.
