I wouldn't recommend this store at all. its The holiday, just moved, went into this store to order some stuff which took about 6 days. You were told that it'll get in the store then be delivered the staff keeps changing stories and dates and what not giving the run around. after you been told that it will be delivered today. I would definitely not recommend this store at all. Poor customer service and lying too much just to get you to sign the contract and then change schedule on you without notice. I have never encountered such bad business before. Please spare yourself the headache & seriously consider shopping else where. I've reached out to many of the managers to try & get to the bottom of this .. Mid 2018 we leased to own a 70" Vizio smart TV .. a few months in to our lease some pixels went out on the TV so they sent out someone to inspect it. They confirmed that pixels in fact did go out & within our warranty they had to replace our TV. When someone from Aaron's reached out to me about replacing our TV they told me they no longer carried Vizio so they gave me two other choices (of equal value they say) asked me to down size to a 65" (I can't remember the brand) or go up a size 75" Phillips .. after my husband and I talked about it we decided to go with the 75" .. but we weren't exactly happy about the brand but neither of the brand choices were what we really wanted. So within a few days they delivered our "new" TV .. that did not come in a box .. & carried away our Vizio (that did come in a box) .. we were happy with our "new" TV but I was concerned with how old & how used the "new" TV they replaced ours with was. So I called & explained my concern & they assured me it was of equal value of our Vizio we were leasing and that it was "new" because the vizio was only a few months old... The 75" Philips wasn't a real smart TV like she told me over the phone .. you couldn't download apps... it came with stock apps... which wasn't a big deal but we were paying 2,400$ for a television we'd hope it was what we wanted. Now comes the big problem.. A year (if that) into having this TV one day half the screen just turns green and starts flashing... we turned on and off the TV hoping that would fix it.. changed the show thinking maybe it was a bad recording.. unplugged everything thinking maybe it was something else (couldn't be the TV we've only had it for a year if that) no but it is definitely the TV.. We called Aaron's and they told us because of COVID nobody would be able to get sent out. Okay of course we understand that. Well time passes and our warranty ends. Now things are starting to open back up and I decided to have a TV repair man come and look at it maybe it was just something simple we needed to get replaced. We paid someone 85$ to come look at it for 5 minutes to tell us we need a new panel and we might as well get a new TV because a panel will cost just as much. Obviously I couldn't believe what I was hearing because we only had the TV for a year and paid $2400 for it. I called Aaron's again and explained to them the situation and they basically told me they were sorry but it was out of warranty at that point. I could not believe what I was hearing. They had the general manager call me and speak to me about it to maybe get to the bottom of it, at that point I felt a little bit more hopeful because I felt like we were being so wronged. The regional manager pretty much told me the same thing that he was sorry but there is really nothing they could do because it was out of warranty at that point (We only had the dang TV for a year!) well I was pretty upset and explained to him that we paid so much money for a TV that only worked for a year. He told me that he would try to in his words "make a deal" for us and that he would get back to me or he would have another store manager get back to me.. He called me back and left me a message basically telling me the "deal" he worked out for me was wanting me to lease yet another TV for $400 down and $125 dollars a month. At that point I was flabbergasted .. they wanted us to pay an additional $1150 for another TV! After both of the TVs that they leased me went out within two years total. I could not believe the audacity. Out of curiosity I asked how old the TV was that they wanted to lease me (again) .. and then I couldn't believe what my ears were hearing. They wanted us to pay an additional $1150 for a previously owned two-year TV. I think my jaw hit the floor at that point, I could not believe they were trying to treat me like such a fool. Not to mention everyone I spoke to, including the general manager was very curt with me when I was just trying to express my concern. I feel like anyone would feel wronged after paying so much for a product just to have it be broken within a year and then have the company telling you to bad so sad. I believe this is extremely bad business and I highly suggest everyone to shop else where. I would recommend their other Tacoma store over this one. We were one day late on our payment and the manager Brandon at this store felt he could talk down to my husband then once my husband got mad due to this the manager had the nerve to curse at my husband. After a heated exchange between the two I decided to call in to try to smooth over and the manager Brandon continued his verbal abuse on me and said to me "either pay today or bring the shit back." Yes I couldn't believe I was being spoke to this way for being one day late. I told him this is not good customer service and he should not speak to any customer this way and he replied "and your point?" So I decided to go in and have a face to face with this manager Brandon to salve this issue. He again decided to verbally bash me and when my sister asked him "do you not want to keep a customer?" Brandon replied "I really don't care." Brandon then insisted my sister not be in the room while he talks to me which I told him was not going to happen with the way he is speaking to me. So I asked to talk to the other guy in the store and Brandon told me "he's not going to talk to you because I'm the guy you WILL deal with." At this point I was fed up sense I was getting no respect or customer service and being talked down to while I was trying to be polite and I am 6 months pregnant, which he seemed to not care about. He was going to verbally be aggressive with me even though I am pregnant there is no telling who he wouldn't attack. Absolutely horrible experience on a simple retail purchase. Pete, the store manager, has lied to me over and over, and Hung up on me tonight when I called to ask where my delivery was that I've been waiting 3 months for. He knew his truck didn't come once again this week. And couldn't even bother to tell me it wasn't coming. Instead, I had to take 2 hours off from work on the busiest night of the week! Absolutely as unprofessional and corrupt as they get. His people will look you right in the eye and lie! Disgusting excuse for s business! They prey on the poor. Renter beware. I contracted with this location for a corporate lease. The account was set up on auto payment. I called three days prior to my billing date to schedule a pick up because my contract at the hospital ended early. I was told that I'd be refunded the portion not used. I reminded them the contract states specifically that I wouldn't be refunded and asked to billed only for the days used. They said they must bill for the entire month but assured me that I'd be refunded anyway. Two weeks after the account was closed, I called and asked about the refund. I was told that they don't refund money and I should have asked to speak with someone else because they could have only charged me for the days used instead of the full month. They have three weeks of rental for free. I'll take my business elsewhere the next time I need corporate rental in Tacoma. read more

He has absolutely no customer service and told us point blank and I quote "he could care less if he keeps his customers" he cursed at us and when told thats not how you deal with your customers he again I quote "I do as I please" I was very shocked on the experience I got from this store. I have been dealing with Brandon since 2008, when he was manager at Quality Rentals in Federal Way. I have never ONCE been talked down to, mistreated in any way, nor has he ever treated me like dirt beneath his feet. I find it very hard to believe that he would talk to anyone in the manner of which Alicia P. & Angela B. says he talked to them. He's always been very professional with my husband and myself, and has ALWAYS worked with us to fix any issue that arises. I have been leasing from this store for two years and after several months of having to continually call to get my furniture fixed or replaced I finally told them to come get their crap. I kept the tables and lamps and placed an order for different furniture. They told me it was going to be about 2 to 3 weeks before the new stuff would arrive. I called every two week to check on my order only to be told that it was going to be another couple of weeks. After waiting about six to eight weeks I told them to forget it. I would go elsewhere. A few days later a manager called me and asked me why I cancelled my order. I told home I was tired of being told it was going to be a couple more weeks. He told me he would call me when the order came in if I was still interested. I told him No, and then I explained that I had been paying for 18 months for furniture that I returned because I was tired of fighting the repair process as well as the ordering process. I just wanted to be told the accurate order time instead of being left hanging for the past few weeks. So, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a four month credit on my next purchase. Now I said all that to tell you this: I went into the pacific avenue store to purchase a couch and love seat and I spent a half hour filling out paperwork. I went into the managers office to finalize the deal and sign papers. The first words out of his mouth were "have you ever rented from Aaron's before?" Are you kidding me? With in a minute or two he had my past account pulled up on the big screen monitor. I told home about the prior issues I had with Aaron's ( which was only 2 months ago ) and told him about the four month credit that I had been offered when I purchased a new set. He told me that he WOULD NOT HONOR THAT OFFER. He did not give me a reason. I told him that the sale was off and I would never rent from this store again. As soon as I left the store I called the puyallup store and spoke to an associate. I told the associate about what had happened, he told me his store would honor the four month credit. I ordered the furniture and it will be delivered next week. The store manager Brandon, should not be in the customer service business because he has a bad attitude and I have spoken with others who had been in the store who witnessed him yelling at customers over the counter in the front of the store. If a company offers you a deal then all the stores should honor the deal regardless of his position. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THE PACIFIC AVENUE STORE BECAUSE OF BRANDON. Called back a few days later & when the girl answered she asked to put me on hold & I explained to her what happened a few days prior & she was short with me.
