I had a sectional couch that I paid good money for 3 years ago and the cushions had worn out. I figured I would have to buy replacement cushions I reached out, mostly just to ask if they had any suggestions. Instead of the usual "sorry, nothing we can do" corporate response I expected, I got: - A real human who actually seemed to care - The owner/manager personally jumped on the thread - They dug through old receipts and located my order. - Offered to replace the cushion at no cost to me. - Expedited the whole thing because they knew I was having family over for the holidays - Threw in new foam upgrade at no extra charge because "the old foam was probably tired anyway" It arrived perfectly matched, beautifully made, ahead of schedule, and honestly looks better than the original. In 2025 when most companies treat you like a number (or worse - an inconvenience), Choice Furniture treated me like family who just had some bad luck. The next day, my husband and I had a great experience ordering split mattresses and the mothership of all bed bases. When everything arrived, the owner realized having a bed was the only thing preventing us from being able to move into our new home. He worked things out with the delivery guys on the spot and they made room on the truck and we were able to finally stay the first night in our home. We will definitely be returning to purchase a table set and possibly a couch. Great experience overall.

There was only one other person in the store; a man who walked in about 30 minutes after I was there wanting to buy a dining chair. The owner who was getting ready to check me out, was also talking to the man about the chair. He then told me he was going to help that man pull the chair out first. My husband told me that we should leave because it was rude. Well, I thought nothing of it at first, until the owner returned to the register and began to check the man out at the register right in front of me. It was then I realized this guy clearly had no intention of helping me. So then I decided to gather my husband and my daughter and walk out. This ranks up there with the few times I've been treated with rudeness and patronizing unkindness. I will never go back to this place. There are plenty other places in Lake Placid and Keene, NY that sell just as good, same, if not better stuff than this place. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I purchased a refrigerator from them on 9/15/2021 and it was delivered on 9/23/2021. The old…read morerefrigerator was removed and the new one put in place. The handles could not be attached because the service person did not check to see if all the part were in the refrigerator before delivery. That person assured me that they had the parts in another refrigerator. I had to call in the afternoon of 9/27/2021 and was assured that they had the parts but that no one was coming that way and they could mail them to me. The initial agreement was to put the refrigerator in place and attach the door handles, which I was charged $69.95 for including delivery. I ended up having to drive 44 miles round trip to get the parts and put the handles on myself. I informed Tim that I would not be doing business with them ever again. Very poor business to deal with.

We had a problem with our Whirlpool dishwasher so I called them to see if they could repair. They…read moredid come over fairly quickly and figured out that the motor was bad so they ordered the part and when it came in they came over to fix it. The tech could not figure out which breaker controlled the breaker so he made the unit "trip" so the breaker would shut off and he replaced the motor. Well since this was "fixed" it now leaks and has got our oak cabinets and floor all wet and the heating element now does not seem to work as nothing is hot when the door is opened so we are thinking that when he tripped it that caused the heating element to stop working. They have come over to look at it since I complained about it but they said that they could not see anything making it do that. Everything was working just fine before the motor went and we never had a leak of any kind before so now we just paid all this money for a repair and we are now going to have to get a new dishwasher because they cannot fix the damage that they caused by "repairing" it. They did not even follow up to see if everything was ok they just disappeared with the money that we gave them. The worst part is we told them that we did not want to do this if they did not think that it was going to work because this repair was about 1/2 the cost of a new unit.
