Two techs stopped by later that afternoon to check it out and start the required de-icing procedure. We turned off both the fridge and the freezer and let the unit de-ice over the weekend with all three doors open and the inside back wall and fan removed. The techs called and came out Monday am to verify the unit was now cooling properly, put the unit back together, and explain how to limit the recurrence of icing. They completed the job successfully in less than 30 minutes. We happily paid the bill of $60 to the knowledgeable, courteous, and professional young men who represented their company admirably. We would definitely call Benson Refrigeration & Appliance again if we need to and recommend their services without reservation.

No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured.

I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

Crew at US Sew and Vac was courteous, friendly and very capable. Not many Pfaff sewing machines…read morearound but they had no problem fixing a sticky lever and performing a general maintenance. Best of all, it took only 2 weeks to get my workhorse back. Did not realize it needed more work than the stuck lever, but it runs so very smoothly now. My back up machine, also a Pfaff, has no problems at all, but I'm taking it in for a "tune up" too.

The quality of the couches we purchased was great, they still looks amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. This was our third and final stop that day. The first two shops either didn't have the quality or the employees didn't seem to want to help us. If i was in the market to buy any furniture I would definitely shop at Sparks. I did just that and he told me that he contacted the "Best Home Furnishings" manufacturing company to get the springs necessary to fix my couch. He told me they didn't have any parts for my couch so I contacted the company on two occasions and they told me the same thing. I think their lifetime warranty are just words that sound good in order to encourage people to purchase their products. Not having any parts in stock is a way the company doesn't have to be responsible for warranty repairs.
