Haven't had a bad interaction yet here. Guys helped me out a lot today when I came in with trade ins. Word of advice if you use the GameStop app to check value, make sure you reload it before going in. I had high prices the day before I was able to get in but they changed drastically overnight. The associates were understanding and I left with high spirits. Will continue to do business with this place, only downside is the parking like others have said. Kind of hard to get a truck in and out of that area. read more

I like the new location. Main complaint is the parking lot. Very tight spaces. Prices for them buying your games are really low, but there are other options out there nowadays. Clean facility and the staff is nice. If you're a video game nut, its always nice to visit a GameStop. read more

I walked into the store and waited for a woman to complete her purchase and discussion with the checkout clerk last month, and what I overheard appalled me. The employee was telling the mother of the child that the disc damage she was discussing was caused by the machine- and was UNAVOIDABLE! What is worse is she bought it 100%! She believed him and was devastated. I watched as he told her that all Xbox 360's have a defect and destroy discs after so long. To make matters worse, he topped it off by saying if she bought the GameStop gold member insurance that this problem could be avoided. I walked out of the store then and there. Avoid, employees are out to scam you. read more

I have been in there before, a couple of times, ready to pay and check out and the lone cashier is either on the phone talking about different video games coming out in the future or spending way too much time talking about his favorite parts of certain video games with other non-paying customers. read more

Associate sold my Wife a headset and game for my new xbox one s, as Christmas presents. He really raved about how I would enjoy using a headset with my xbox for the first time- stating that I would hear things I've never heard before! Wow I was excited opening these on Christmas day, this could be cool! One thing was ignored by the Associate- the adapter required to connect to the xbox controller. My Wife had no idea, and put her faith in the Associates knowledge of the products. Thanks a-lot Gamestop, what a lousy Christmas surprise. Please teach your folks, what they're selling! read more

Great place for used games, quite often a week after release as many people play the game and once finished trade it in for the next shiny bauble to play. Trade in is horrendous, better off trading it in on Sierra Vista buys or E-bay or Craigslist. Parking lot is very tight so bring your smallest vehicle unless you have a sunroof to climb out. read more
