I purchased Pari Passau II carpet for the large majority of my single story home with the upgraded padding they offer. The carpet looks and feels great. No mistakes there. The padding was flat and nothing like the showroom. I'm not even sure I received what I ordered. Now the workmanship... I arrived home from a long day at 8pm to find my vaccuum plugged in but with no sign of cleaning. There was dust and piles of carpet everywhere around the house. Being that I needed to sleep and therefore move my bedroom furniture back, I began cleaning. 3 hours later and my furniture finally back in place I called it a night. I know this type of clean up isn't typical as I recently had similar carpet installed in another city/state without any of the mess. When I called my "sales rep", I explained my displeasure to which I received a shrug and a sorry, paying no mind to the added cost and frustration to me. Since then, I have dealt with nothing but pulled staples throughout my unit. This was even after purchasing a Hoover Windtunnel which they told me was meant for this length of carpet. But the bottom line is it was never installed properly. On a follow up call as to where the payment was for the balance, I received no help whatsoever. I've paid the balance. I met my end. This business is a rip-off and one to avoid. Go elsewhere.
