Last night a group of family members visited the Seymour Home Depot to find a cost effective kitchen cabinet solution for a lake cabin. We were so thankful that Travis and Brittany were available. They went above and beyond to to assist in selection, layout and options to make the most of a small space. The ultimate layout was so much better than our contractor had suggested and fit a budget that was tight. Despite being close to closing time, both continued to offer suggestions without regard to "going home". Finally, after 45 minutes of dialog, I saw the truck by the driveway and they did not enter because of a little snow. It was plowed and I could drive my car but they would not answer my call and they just left. I called service and a representative at store and he said they would have it delivered next day. They did not and did not even reply with courtesy of any cancellation. Nothing! I also called again to leave complaint and after the call, the message says to stay on line to leave review. I waited and waited for 15 minutes before that agent would hang up so I could leave a review. I finally did. She just would not hang up, that's deceitful. Final summary: I had another problem a month ago and did not post a review as the 3rd party delivered my item to another house down the street. Again these 3rd party delivery folks cannot speak English and do not know how to deliver or deliver to the correct house.
