I'm extremely shocked today when I received my $5,000 table I custom ordered 6 months ago. I…read moreordered a light grey table with charcoal gray epoxy river with island pods. The table itself is quality however; the epoxy river and pods are terrible. The quality and craft is poor and disappointing to say the least. The charcoal gray is clearly black and the island pods look like someone drew them on with a black sharpie. Although the staff was apologetic and the owner Pete called me to apologize, nothing can be done. I allowed their friendly staff to advise me on the contrast as they kept telling me the colors we wanted were too close in shade and it would all blend. I trusted them, they do this for a living. I thought going with these colors were "safe" but the black that was supposed to be charcoal sticks out like a sore thumb. Pete says it sounds we had a different picture in our minds but that is not the case here at all. I'm stuck with it! Very disappointing.

I had dun exploring the eclectic mix of reasonably priced items they had for sale which included china, wedding dresses, Le Creuset, and a bust of Abraham Lincoln. They sell furniture, household decor, clothes, accessories, and small appliances. Good Samaritan Ministries will happily accept your donations and there is a list on their website of items they are seeking. You can see them at work with the food pantry across the street. As part of our food program, we implement a summer food program for school children who receive free/reduced meals during the school year; operate a Community Bucket Garden and an annual Community Thanksgiving Feast." Yes they had it but to deliver and set up is where most of the expense went to. Disheartening I was ready to leave. This guy was not going to let us go. A bit of the hard sell salesman came out. Makes me nervous. But I said let me look around and as I looked I saw something I have been looking for for our bedroom. Then his phone calculator was working overtime. But I was pleased with the pricing of both items and the service for set up etc. I didn't have to stick around forever we set a date for delivery and out the door we went. The set up and delivery is scheduled so we shall see how part 2 goes.
