When I called she said oh your contract is a little different so it did not send out the renewal. They offered to now send me a contract for 2 months as all contracts end in December. When they did come they did not treat all my garden beds and my yard now has weeds again - after about 4 years of no weeks with thrive. I wish thrive was still managing their own company

Our initial set-up with our contract was unnecessarily complicated with a customer service rep that was absolutely unwilling to provide an initial aeration, even though it was included in the package we selected, because it was "too late in their aeration schedule." It took considerable arguing to get that aeration, again even though it was explicitly listed in the package we chose, and we still had to pay extra for the single service. Since then, the best part of our handful of treatments has been the weed service. No complaints there. Otherwise, we've seen no difference with the other treatments we've received. That brings us to our final service. The technician arrived far earlier than we expected, which I suppose isn't fair game to complain about, as this company does not provide a time with their service window. Only a date. The technician was FLYING through the service, with very little care for where he was going. We realized after he left that he drove his aeration machine (essentially a riding lawnmower) over our flower beds (ripping out several of my plants), dislodged two of our flagstones, and partially knocked over our fence. Nice! Finally, with this particularly bad treatment, the notification email told us to flag our sprinkler heads. It was our mistake for forgetting to do this (again, he arrived much earlier than we anticipated) but one would imagine that they would at least ask if we had any sprinkler heads before driving the aeration machine over the lawn. Our forgetfulness and this technician's hastiness to finish the job also resulted in one of our sprinkler heads getting a bite taken out of it. It is too bad that this final service left such a sour taste in our mouths. I wouldn't have left a review at all if the technician hadn't been so careless.

I'm getting the runaround from this company following an incident that occurred on I-25N, about 12…read moremiles out of Fort Collins, on 8/19/20, while I was traveling cross-country. I was driving in the left lane, and a Long's Peak Landscape truck and trailer were in the right lane. In a bumpy construction zone, a rock flew from their vehicle and struck the hood and windshield of my car, causing damage to both. My daughter was in the passenger seat, and she was able to grab some photos quickly, before the truck exited the freeway. One photo clearly shows another loose rock on the trailer. Being in the left lane, I wasn't able to follow the truck off the freeway, but I called the company at my next rest stop. The very kind receptionist assured me they would take care of the damage, and she asked me to send photos and full information, which I did immediately. They asked me to get a repair estimate, which I provided to them after I arrived home in CA. After 2 weeks passed with no response, I reached out again and was told to file a claim with my insurance company, which would then work with their insurance company for a resolution. Three months have now passed. My insurance company has been reaching out repeatedly, and Long's Peak has refused to put them in touch with their insurance so we can resolve this. My insurance company says there's nothing else they can do if Long's Peak won't cooperate. Now I am faced with living with the damage to my 2 year old car OR paying the $1000 deductible to get the damage repaired myself. Long's Peak Landscape was irresponsible in operating a vehicle with loose rocks on it, on public roads. I'm contacting an attorney to see what it will take to get this settled.

I do not recommend this company at all. No follow through and I think they don't do half the stuff they charge for.
