The world's worst idea for customer service…read more We have about 25 Kimball FLIP chairs and during the last year, about a dozen of them have broken. I called Kimball customer service and inquired about what the weight capacity rating is, (because of the breaks, I assumed it was a lightweight and could only hold 150 lbs or so) and they said 273lbs. With that information, I let them know that that I think their chair might have a quality issue. They told me that I had to talk to a dealer and have the dealer tell them about the issue... they absolutely would not take the feedback from me. I told them that our dealer told us that they no longer deal with Kimball.. their reply was that they would connect me to a sales rep at a dealership near me... Wow. If I owned Kimball or was CEO, I'd be horrified if my customer service did not receive and escalate this issue. When I refurnish or open another office, I will highly recommend that we stay away from Kimball because their customer service doesn't care about safety issues in their chair. OUCH! This is about a SAFETY failure. Their chairs break and don't live up to standards and they want the consumer to jump through hoops to tell them about it--- that I would have a customer service rep, refer me to a salesman nearby to tell them of their chair safety issues. Their designs might look good but they aren't up to standards and want you to jump through hoops to tell them about it. HORRIBLE. -5 stars. Sadly, I think I they used to be great furniture builders and now reduced to irresponsible money grabbers.

Pros: Great Quality Made in USA Great customer and technical service We had to move our desks but could not figure out how to take them apart (they are very well made and very heavy). So we called technical support line. We were surprised to get somebody in USA who was able to explain everything. When our call got lost, we called back to get the same person on the first ring. What a concept ... great customer service for great product made in USA. Worker was super nice explaining to us step by step what to unscrew and how to remove parts. He was really patient and took his time to make sure we got the answers we needed. I selected MasterBrand / Decora cabinets because of their reported quality and reputation…read more The local dealer was terrible to deal with but I stuck with them because I wanted these cabinets. Decora took longer than their standard delivery time to get me my cabinets ( 8-9 weeks vs 4-6) One is still in production they claim is "custom" even though it was one of their stock hoods. That one arrives week 10-11 and one cabinet from the first delivery was "LOST" is shipping. The lost cabinet is being remanufactured and will take another 4-6 weeks to be delivered. They lost it yet I have to wait for them to put me in the normal production queue! They don't care one bit about the customer. The cabinet that were delivered were marked chipped and dented. I was told use the touch up kit that was included for "free". The cabinets that were delivered were damaged and two shelves were cut show short they don't catch the pegs ...... more waiting for replacements I'm sorry I did business with this company and will never buy from them again. These were not inexpensive..... very disappointed, HD could have done better!

If you complain you will only get punished by delays in replacements. Customer service is a nightmare. Even when they try to replace them, you only get more damaged cabinets. Read the others reviews! You are better off going local. I regret my decision every day.

I have been to dozens of Walmarts within the United States. Just because this Walmart is among the…read morecleanest, does not give the employees a right to almost push myself or my family out of the aisle because they are working. This happens everytime we are here. Today was the worst. Main aisles were blocked my multiple employees with carts who acknowledged but refused to move their cart (with wheels might I add), an employee literally reached behind my daughter and I while I was in the spice aisle with my back against the opposite side, a older gentleman was pushing a cart as if he was in a race against the clock and pushing his way past us (multiple times that trip) to which he ended up ramming his cart into one of the shelves and on our way out of the store there were a few employees in the middle between the frozen aisles and the meat area all with carts off to the side....that wasn't the problem. The problem was the woman who came trying to push past us with the little space that we had to which we had to readjust our cart so we were not hit by her. Highly unprofessional and very discouraging to continue to go back to a place that allows their employees to conduct work in that manner. They endanger the shoppers that are there. If I could give negative stars I would. Get it together!

Stopped in…read moretoday and found many house plants still in the lawn and garden dept that were almost completely lifeless, dry, and infested with spider mites. You really should take a little more pride in them. I did ask a customer service desk employee about a discount since is almost dead and still 19.98. She said all I could do is 10%. Really 18 dollars for a crappy plant with 2 leaves left. It was pitiful terre haute has been marked down for a month and are still taken care of and alive. More worried about cramming as much Christmas stock as you can back there now and can barely get to the plants, stacks and piles of product surround almost the whole plant section.
