He was on his cellphone on speaker, talking about western clothing, and even as I walked past him several times, he didn't pause to greet me. At one point he took the call off speaker after noticing me glance over, but he continued the conversation. The lack of customer service made me feel like this probably isn't a place I'd choose to shop again.
